I accepted a job offer as part-time officer. Currently in the academy training for a five day mandatory Academy training - May 23rd to May 27th although I've done a 8 hour training at previous security companies for new hire. NorthWest security, they are very unpredictable, unprofessional, and they point fingers at everybody they have to speak with.

The staff I've met don't communicate as a team and they wanted me to start a whole week OVER of academy training because I missed one day (TODAY) to take care of some business. Just stupid how they operate. Now knowing I have another full-time job as a first priority this is not a Security company I would ever recommend. I haven't even worked a full shift yet.

I would not go back. They don't even have water To properly wash my hands Monday after lunch we had to cut it short then to come in Tuesday for 1 hour for the same reason NO RUNNING WATER. IF I WERE YOU ID SUGGEST APPLYING @ G4S, Securitas, SIS, Allied, Kemper development Company - if you want a stable part time or full time with guaranteed parking security job. Not mad just disappointed my time was wasted. Work wiser not HARDER.

Easy to maneuver through their website. The three stars would be based on the fact that there is no direct deposit for employeesPayday is every two selected days of each month, BUT you get your paycheck TWO DAYS after the expected pay date. That's unfortunate and will cause many to advance their paychecksslow traffic on that part.

Extremely unprofessional. Sean with HR is a tool. These kids need to stop pretending to be police.

Management is horrendous. they are all ex military who hire civilians and treat them like they were treated in boot camp. they have no regard for your home or personal life, and I recognize several upper management names on google reviews giving 5 stars and reviewing their own company as if they were customers. its pathetic. they also have a reputation of not allowing muslim employees to take their prayer breaks. everything about this company is wrong

Best security company to work for. Great pay, great management and the owner really does care more about the employees than anything else. I've personally worked a shift with him and he deserves the utmost respect. this is the first job that I will truly miss. I definitely recommend as a top choice company to work for. Would return in a heartbeat.

Good folks. Knowledgeable and experienced neighbors. Its an absolute shame the Jefferson County Commissioners allowed and even aided the 'Tarboo Ridge Coalition' in a county wide ordinance soley because of the CEO of SSNW is in the Security and firearms business. That act was and still is a trite and crule act of hate by the 'mean girls' against the owners here. It was the largest scale bulling case ive ever heard of. Keep on, keeping on!

Solid folks! I would do business with them again. If you are looking for security for your business, property, subdivision, HOA, or vessel - you won't find anyone better in the PNW!

I have worked for them for several years. Overall a great company to work for. Work is constantly busy and shifts always need to be filled. Management is great and communicates well with employees.

If you value respect, ethics, integrity and honesty, DO NOT work for this company and DO NOT use this company for your security needs. This company employs liars, even off duty police that lie. They employ people with little to no experience and demand that they be equal to those with years of experience. That demoralizes employees and creates high turnover. The WA Regional Manager curses employees out with no accountability. This company puts profit over people.

I work for a large transportation company that occupies a big piece of property on Harbor Island. SSN was hired by our landlord, King County, as the third subcontractor to guard our property 24/7. Thankfully, SSN proved to be amazing relative to the other two companies. I have met several of their guards and managers (Jeremy Donah, and Brian Humphries).

Their guards ask id from everyone entering our property. They are professional to the extreme in their mode of dress, attitude and how they address our visitors. Further their patrol is thorough and stops people from breaking in our property. Having them here saves me lots of work since i am the resident attorney and risk manager. I am very grateful to have the professional and competent staff at SSN securing our property!

We contacted them for a quote. The owner, Joe, stated they would get back to us by the end of the week. Two weeks later, nothing. Called again, gave them written report of what we wanted. They said we would have the quote in three days. On the forth day we called, explain that we needed the information for a meeting coming up. Two days, nothing, emailed and called again. We still haven't heard! Not reliable to get us a quote, Can they really be reliable to be you security company?

They do great work. Mid to high profile security. Best in the northwest right now.

Paul is a deranged lunatic that carry's a gun around. He should have his license revoked. Called the office to report his extremely unprofessional attitude only to be laughed at by Ashley and then hung up on while asking how to make a formal complaint. If I could give 0 stars I would.
