Great service and likely the only company in town that can do the job I needed done!

I locked my keys in my trunk. They were able to get someone there within 40 minutes of my phone call and he had my door open in less than 5. I was really impressed with the speed and professionalism. They were great.

From the dispatcher to the installer this company was great to work with. Pricey but reliable and got the job done fast. We did have to wait two days but that was better than waiting longer or paying more for expedited Service. Would definitely use them again.

I was on vacation with my mom when I locked my keys in the car. It was long ago, but I remember it being a mid-afternoon Saturday (we had just finished a whitewater trip). The guy was sooo nice! He even gave us directions to a local BBQ restaurant

This is a solid place to get all your security needs taken care of. I have gone to make copies of house keys, car keys, looked for locks and when my parents were in town and needed an extra set of keys for their RV, I drove them to Keyhole security. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and customer service is top notch. Don't go to the big one stop shops around here, support a local business

Keyhole Security installed a fill camera and alarm system in my business. The install tech were very professional and well mannered. My business was fully operating at the time of install and they did not disrupt my customers and were quick to clean up after them selves. I have them installing another system in our 2nd location. Highly recommend. We have had a lot of work done in our business in the last 3 months and this company has by far given the best customer service and great techs.

I came down from Chelan today, I stopped by to get 3 keys cut for my Chrysler. A person named John helped me. John made clear that if the keys that he cut for my Chrysler did not work, that there was no refund. I told him I accepted that. One of the keys I needed cut did not fit into his machine and he told me that I would have to have that key pulled out and ready, as he was not going to wait for me.

He quickly run up the total and I paid. After getting ready to leave I reminded him that I needed my receipt. He looked at me and said "I told you that there were no refunds, why do you need a receipt?" I told him I just need the receipt for my records, he still refused to give me a receipt. Guess what none of the keys he cut worked.

They went absolutely above and beyond for me! I would give them more stars if it were possible. I lost my car keys on a Friday morning when we were planning on going away for the weekend. Not only were they able to get me a replacement key made that day but they also recommended to me a good tow company to bring the car to them. I had previously called the dealership and another place and the earliest they could get me a replacement key was the following Monday or Wednesday. Keyhole came through in the clutch and saved our weekend! Highly recommend and their prices were very fair!

Brought in old lock box to have new keys or lock done. They found keys to work in less than 20 min. Very efficient and affordable with confident and friendly service. Will definitely use in future.

Rekeyed two deadbolts, installed one new one and replaced another. They also installed a bar on a sliding door. Techs were courteous and the work itself was good. My only issue was that the cost seemed a little high.

I've called numerous times trying to get help with the lock on our gun safe. When i do talk to someone I'm told I need to talk to someone else in their office. I've left messages and emails for this person, but have NEVER heard back from them. Talk about bad customer service. I have to find someone else now. I'm not wasting my time with this company ever again.

While I read reviews all the time this is the first one I have written. We lost our one and only electronic key fob for our car with keyless ignition. The dealer assured us no one but the dealer would be able to program a new key fob when there is no other electronic key to copy from. We were looking at a $1,000 bill. I went straight to keyhole and they programmed a new key for 1/4 of the dealer price. It was quick, painless, and affordable.

Slow, unorganized, unfriendly, but the only place in town. Someone needs to come into this place that knows customer service to help.

Keyhole re-keyed our locks when we moved into our new office. The service tech was very friendly and even took the time to explain why our the old lock was always sticking (apparently it was super old-school and was needing replacing anyways). Very professional and I would recommend them.

Yesterday I had some chip key blanks that I provided cut for my Suburban. Got home to discover they worked in door, but not for ignition. I understand--sometimes the keys don't cut exact enough. Went back this morning to discuss. I am happy to report they pulled blanks out of their stock, re-cut them, programmed them (beyond what I had asked for) and they work great. 5-star service.

I had these guys come out and program a key for my Subaru. The technician Matt was an awesome guy; very polite and professional. Unfortunately he was unable to program the key to my car because of the software Keyhole Security uses. I went to the store and all they refunded me was $60. So basically i paid over $300 for a spare key to open my door. UNBELIEVABLE! I usually never had any problems with these guys until now.

Came in today to see if they'd be able to fix the stuck TSA lock on my suitcase. They were able to fix it in 10 minutes and only charged me $5 for their services! I am so happy they saved me from having to break the lock on my new suitcase! Highly recommend them! Oh and the address listed on Yelp is their old address. They relocated and the new address is 708 S Wenatchee Ave.

As a local business owner and a longtime Cashmere or Chelan resident, Keyhole is the first place I go with anything key related. I've used them for 10+ years, from the security system in my business, to various random auto and home keys over the years, and it's David (the GM) that has "locked" (excuse my pun) in my continued business. Super kind, and helpful. He's helped me choose something that was actually appropriate for my place.

So many of these security places just want to bank on insecure people, and sell them a bunch of crap to sate their most absurd insecurities. I was sold what I need, and it was installed right. Also, I'm pretty sure the church I attend also has a keyhole system. Sometimes they can't do the dealer spec keys. I've been kindly redirected to the dealer on a electronic Toyota and a electronic Mercedes key, but I've been told that they do some electronic ones, worth checking first. There's a reason keyhole's name is on MOST EVERY local businesses here, from Leavenworth to Chelan. They are the best locksmith in the Wenatchee Valley. To any other local business owners, Keyhole will shoot you straight.

Their website says they cut auto keys But they refused to cut my oem VW Jetta key; it had a VW original uncut stem attached to the fob. I was not the original owner of the key but it is definitely OEM. They gave me a lame excuse that they don't cut them because the keys do not come out well. I had an identical key cut by them a few years ago. OEM is OEM no matter where it comes from. This is not a aftermarket key.

I needed a lock set asap. Brian was very helpful in placing the order. I called him multiple times to make sure I have the correct set. He was polite and patient. I am in MA. Found them online thru EBAY.
