CIS Security Systems

Cis seems to only respond when i have psychotic episodes over the phone; they will patrol for a week and then the crimials/nightcrawlers will terrorize us after they stop coming we NEED them the most between midnight and 3 am

Searching in our cars harassing us at our work place. Not following companys safety procedure not wearing proper PPE. ONIEL WINERY IN PARLIER

I was scheduled to work on my 4th day at Rich's products. Before I got in the door, my "trainer" Terry didn't know I was going to be there. She didn't know she was training someone. She told me I should have never been there. She told me they should have never scheduled me. She told me those things over and over! She even told several of the employees at Rich's that I wasn't vaccinated!

All within 2 hours. She asked a lot of people for a face shield then told me it was for me. I was wearing a company hat, and a hairnet for this place. The face shield didn't fit with it and she said I needed to take my hair down and wear it. Then she said "are you refusing" and I left due to the treatment of her and I couldn't believe it. When I called to tell command center what happened they didn't want to hear it and said they couldn't do anything because I'm not an employee anymore. They heard Terry's side and all she said was that I walked off!

Employee since august this is a really great company to work with they gave me everything I need to start my career with them I enjoy my job and coming to work everyday.

I Work for a pest control company that services a school district and Daniel Martinez is the guard that meets me out there at night when I need schools opened. he is very quick but thorough in helping me get these schools taken care of when issues arise. CIS has a solid employee on their team. Happy to work with Daniel!

We manage a high profile building which has an ATM attached to it. Security is of paramount concern. CIS Security has been key to helping us solve our security issues. They are very responsive and have kept the homeless problem away. We are extremely happy with the services we have received so far.

Pretty Good company that has great employees patrolling my apartments over at Audubon Court. Usually there is always homeless people walking outside the property of the apartments at night but thankful we have good security making sure mine and my wife's car stay watched.

Honest staff with great opportunities for anyone who joins the CIS team. Offering full and part-time hours there are many opportunities working for CIS. I've never worked for a better security company.

I was hired on with this company I think they are very unprofessional and full time to them is like 32 hours. When I went to pick up my uniform they gave me a 5xl shirt when I needed an xl, 46 in pants when I needed a 38, and a huge coat. They told me wait for the other shipment to come in that will do for now. I was only given 2 shifts to work needless to say I never showed up that's not a company I want to work for. They also take about 3-4 weeks to give you work anyways. This company plays way to many games.

I was Having a Very Bad day! My property Just seized by Fresno PD. They told me I had to go to The MSC yard to retrieve my belongings. I was greeted by a very nice Asian man! Turns out I would have to make a appointment to get my stuff sucks I was very pissed. Security did his best to make me happy and laugh! Hope all guards are like this young man. Bad experience with the City of Fresno Excellent security service!

CIS was very helpful during a situation on one of our properties that had a large power failure late at night. Particularly Ross our account supervisor. He worked late after hours communicating updates from the onsite guards and keeping us updated on what was happening.

CIS Security is a fantastic company that provides top-notch security services. They always go the extra mile to make sure things are done right. I have peace of mind knowing that I have the most professional firm protecting my business.

C.I.S beyond a reasonable doubt is the worst security you could ever ask for. Multiple times the security officer has failed to lock doors at night. Sure he can set the alarm but what good is it if he doesn't know how to lock a door. On top of that the security is not allowed to stop or question sketchy people on the premise. so again what good are they?.

Do not for any reason choose them as a security company your better off just being robbed. Lets face it, its gonna happen anyway and at least you don't have to pay incompetent security guards who are to scared to keep anything secure. the company itself is also very slow to take any action about this. we have been told we are not allowed to ask for a new guard so if your guard happens to have the iq of a grape then you are stuck. Only call CIS if you want people to drive by and observe crime while it happens. If you actually want to feel protected, call someone else.
