I work for a facility that uses CAS for the the security gate. they take an extremely long time to get to the facility when repairs are needed. and they don't tell you when they are coming. 2 months ago was the most recent repair completed and it was also the longest we've had to wait for them to come do the repairs necessary- it took them almost 2months to come and assess the issue.
We've called for another repair 6 days ago. we are still waiting- wondering how long it will take for them to come repair our gate to our now UNsecure gated facility. FYI they aren't open on weekends so pray you don't have a problem Saturdays or Sundays.
