We recently relocated our office, and originally hired another IT person to connect the Macs, PCs, printers, plotter, copier and phones. After two solid days of trying, nothing worked. At all. One call to JTC got a technician to our office who in less than two hours had everything connected correctly, and working perfectly. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful.
