We've been using LaMarco in our 54 Unit Building for the past 7 years and could not be more happier. The service has always been great, any questions or concerns are always answered truthfully and professionally. Response time is fast for any issues that are called in and there is never a run around or upsell. All the services and maintenance is always completed on time. We've always try to use LaMarco whenever possible and have always recommended them to our neighbors and others properties.

I can back up Betsys review. We had a contract with this company for years! And they never ever answers their phones, and when you submit a request online, no one ever answers you back! I have been trying to cancel our contract with them for the last 10 months and they some how are not receiving those yet i have received 3 bills from them for $750 each! Yeah for what? Go with a better company! I will make sure this company goes out of business.

The benefit of Lamarco over larger security companies is being able to get in touch with office staff that care.

Lamarco has been a nightmare to deal with for our home security needs. It appears that their business model can only support commercial properties, and they are still working to get their residential service up and running. There is no one on staff available to answer their customer service requests - you're only able to make service requests by sending them an email through their system, and then have to wait for them to contact you back.
Our own service requests never get addressed. We've had an issue with a door sensor for months that they've ignored. Save your money and pick a more reliable company like ADT or Alert Protective Services for your security needs.
