H. Perron Locksmith did a great job of cutting accurate backup copies of an obscure key type for my son's new electric bike. I was unable to obtain backup keys for this key type from either the bike's manufacturer or from other sources that I tried, so I really appreciate H. Perron's expertise and excellent customer support in providing these copies. I'm glad I won't need to send my son back to his campus in a different state with the only available copy of this key! Having never worked with a locksmith before I wasn't sure what to expect. Called into the shop to book an appointment to have door knobs installed and re-keyed. The tech was helpful and did the work efficiently and was done in about an hour for (4) doors. Will use again!

I was locked outside my home and temperature today is below 30. I called H. Perron and the customer assistance and the readiness were spectacular. They understood my situation and sent someone to my house right the way and within few minutes they were able to help me. They really go above and beyond to help others. We never know when we will need a locksmith, but it's good to know that we have a great professional with an outstanding customer service in the area for us.

Needed some keys duplicated. One of them didn't have the blank code, that of course is no problem for a real locksmith. Quick, easy and had no concern that I would have any trouble with them at all, which I didn't. So nice to have a real locksmith make these and not some guy at a big box store.

Tim (the owner) is AWESOME! Nice guy and very service oriented! John and Brendon worked on my lock and John came back out for a minor touch up. We moved into a new house with very old locks, lots of spare keys, and we wanted to get the locks replaced just to be safe. We called H Perron and were able to make an appointment for 2 days later. Jay showed up masked, on time, and did a quick inspection of our locks. He mentioned the locks were in good shape and likely only needed to be rekeyed, which would save us some money.

He gave me a quote to make 4 sets of keys and rekey the locks. The quote was very reasonable. Jay finished the work quickly and we were all set. I appreciated his honesty and quality work. We will definitely use H Perron again in the future.

I lost the keys that fit several lock sets. They created a new "original" key in just a few minutes while I waited. The new key works great and they saved me having to de-install and have six locks rekeyed. I would definitely recommend them.

Worst service ever. Everyone on the phone was so rude. The locksmith took almost two hours trying to make a key and then announced that he has to come back a different time. He promised he would be back at 8:30 the next morning. The next morning he called saying he was busy and wouldn't be there til 11. When I talked to his supervisor she basically told me to suck a d!ck.

I have never been so delighted! I called this morning to see if they could take a look at a broken lock on one of my store's Metro gates in the Natick Mall. I was assured they would take care of it and boy. THEY DID! I was amazed how quickly they responded (within the hour) and how professional and courteous they were. I can see why they are rated so highly and why they have been in business for so many years. Do not hesitate to call them - courteous, professional, responsive, and affordable.

This Locksmith is the best locksmith in the MetroWest Boston area. These folks went above an beyond to offer exceptional service for our Church and associated buildings. Tim offered us great customer service and pricing. John and Dan have installed more than 30 unique locks on doors in 2 different facilities at exceptional speed and professionalism.

Superb, Professional, And Very Honest Company. If you need a lock installed, this is the place to call. I needed a deadbolt installed within a two hour window. I called many others and got excuses and nonsense. Thankfully I called H Perron and they not only could come within my two hour window but followed up by phone and gave me an eta which was indeed earlier than promised and helped me even further to satisfy my needs.

The lock tech explained everything he was going to do, and went to work. A true professional, both polite, Urbane and a real pro who knew what he was doing. He even vacuumed the area before I saw it, had me try the installation and it looked liked it had been built in with the house. Forget all others and call these fine folks who know how to do business the old fashioned way, honest, quick to respond, give an eta for arrival and keeps the customer in the loop. What a find these fine folks are. If you need locks, keys, or other needs as far as expansion needed locks, look no further.

Horrible company that tries to milk you for all you've got. Got locked out of my house and called around for locksmiths. They first didn't pick up and the first person that answered was from 45 min away and advised I could most likely find less expensive service closer by. He quoted me $120 total including travel. I finally get a hold of H. Perron's technician and they quote me $29 travel fee and a variable range between $30-200 on top of the travel fee after assessing the work that had to be done.

I had a basic lock which was not even a deadbolt, which is much easier to open and was expecting a final quote of around $60 for the labor. When they get there and get their manager over the phone, he starts off quoting me $150 service, which comes out to $179 total and I told him that someone was willing to drive all the way from 45 minutes away and do it for $120 total and that they were trying to get me for everything they can.

They changed the price to $120. I went to discuss with my girlfriend since this was still a pretty high price and they without my authorization just went and opened the door by themselves. It took about TWO MINUTES TOPS and then demanded the $120. I grudgingly paid but will NEVER use this company again and HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND them.

I had been turned down by another locksmith that said that they don't repair sliding door locks. I was happy to find H Perron Locksmiths who said yes, we can help you. The guy that they sent out was fantastic. He was clearly knowledgeable about sling glass door lock mechanisms. As luck would have it he had the replacement part on hand. He replaced the broken lock mechanism fairly quickly. He even to the time to tweak the locking of the door so that it was perfect. I would highly recommend H Perron Locksmiths to anyone needing locksmith services.

Lock on the back door of my apartment building broke. Head of building management said Perron came to fixe it. Was still broken. They had to come back. Building totally unsecure. The door did not lock. Lovely to know that anyone off the street can walk in.

If you need any security work done this guys are top notch. We had simple locks re-keyed and deadbolts added (electronic and manual). They came same day. Tech was professional, quick, did high quality work, and reasonably priced. We highly recommend their services.

I brought them a lock and key that are cheap and didn't think the key could be copied, but I was lucky to find these guys. They were able to copy it and that was really great.

Called H Perron around Wednesday this week and they were flexible with scheduling, so we were able to have work done on Friday. Jay came on time and helped map out our new lock system. We own a duplex and rent out one side, so they were able to do separate keys for both units, with a master key that works on all of them. I was able to call Jay after he left with followup questions about which keys went where and he was quick to respond and very helpful.

The price was very reasonable especially considering some locks needed to be full out replaced and others just the inside. All in all, it was 5 doors between the two units that got redone for about a hundred less than I was expecting based on quotes from other companies.

We had H.Perron Locksmith install an anti-shim guard on our commercial door recently and the install was quick, easy, and professional. A little pricey for what they did (it was mostly the labor charge of $100 per hour) but it was worth it in the long run since I now feel more secure about my door.

This company is awesome! Beware of others who will scam you. I have used the services of H. Perron for many years and they are always fantastic to work with. There are plenty of companies that will scam people by giving a 'to good to be true' quote over the phone and charge more when they get there and use inferior hardware. H. Perron is a trustworthy company with very reasonable pricing and quality equipment.

I called today because I was having trouble installing a new keyed knob/deadbolt into my front door and realized (or thought) I didn't have the tools to finish the job. I also needed to leave home soon and couldn't leave until my door could be locked. I called and spoke to John B. He said they could have someone to my place in Medway in 30 minutes. However, after speaking with him for a few more minutes, he suggested some very simple techniques to do myself to get the job done without having someone come out.

I was able to get the knob and deadbolt installed myself in an old door that has seen its share of hardware changes. This shows courtesy and professionalism to the highest degree, and I am very grateful to John for the service. I contacted H Perron website via their electronic submission link at 12 midnight, I got a call at 8AM first thing in the morning. That tells they are service oriented people. The technician Tim showed up on time, was very professional, looked at the 6 different doors/locks and proposed a solution to reduce the number of keys from 6 to 2. In a matter of 2 hours at most he was done, re-keyed all 6 doors and made duplicate copies for back up. Great service, good people, reasonable rates. A+++

I can't say enough good things about Perron Locksmiths. My fiance and I just recently bought a house and wanted to make sure we got the locks switched (as others had told us to do). Sadly we waited to do this until close to closing! BUT H PERRON LOCKSMITHS TO THE RESCUE! They responded fast, had very competitive pricing, and were able to come by our new home at a time that worked for all of us. For anyone who has bought a house, you know how stressful and fast-paced the experience could be. We had just closed on our house and needed the locks changed ASAP. We called Perron hoping to set up an appointment soon, and they were able to send someone over within 48 hours. They changed four locks and provided us with several copies of our new house key -- completed in under two hours. The service person was friendly and left their work areas clean. We couldn't have asked for an easier experience and we would work with Perron again.

Very professional service. We've used them twice since we moved into town. The first time, we had a lock just stop working. Upon examination, Tim said that it had been installed upside down. He charged us a reduced price to flip the lock over and reset it. Recently we had them come in and change all the locks over to a common key. They did great work, came when they said they would, finished quickly and all the locks work fine with the one key. I will be using them whenever I need a locksmith.

A real lock smith. I had been letting my fingers do the walking and each time I called I was told I had reached a mobil unit. This call told me I had finally came across a brick and mortor store. Upon answering he told me, yes he had key chains. My mess of keys was growing longer and getting messy. I want a quick release for all those time I need to jump out of the car to swap cars or run into the house for something I forgot.

He had just the trick. With 3 places to clip my keys and an easy release my life just improved a bit. I had looked on line and over $20+ I could have gotten one in the mail but hey lets support local, right? The store was closed but if I could come right over he'd wait for me. What luck! I zoomed over and in and out like a flash. They have great new door locks with key coding and deadbolt key coding as well. With theft up this year let's invest in a decent lock.
