I could not be more pleased with the system or the service that I've received from Nichols Security! Fabian, the salesperson, listened very carefully as I explained what I was intending to accomplish with my camera system and thoroughly communicated that information to the installation department. When JR, the installer, showed up to install the cameras, he knew EXACTLY what I wanted. The installation was seamless and clean. I would not hesitate to recommend Nichols Security to anyone. They provide excellent service!

Had them for years and to many times our alarm went off with no call. That being said we found another service and all I have to say is their cancellation policy for someone whom is no longer in a contract is for the BIRDS! We cancelled 4 months ago and they are still BILLING US! WE HAVE A WHOLE NEW COMPANY. After following their cancellation policy we are still getting pulled through the ringer and we ended on a ZERO balance.

Now we found out we're getting BILLED since June and their equipment isn't even in our home any more. WORST service ever! Wouldn't recommend them, I know their cheap but you get what you pay for.

Horrible customer service, once you sign there small print contract you are just a number to them, do your research. Can't wait for my contract to end.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM! They are suppose to be a security company and their technician enter my home without my permission with my kids at home. The tech didn't call to confirm the appointment, he just proceeded to work. When my husband via cell phone asked him to leave he said "I only have 15 minutes and I'll be done" DUDE, your not suppose to be there at all.

Any parent would have been furious and the office tried to blame my son for allowing him inside. NOOOOOO, your tech is suppose to call and wait for me or reschedule at that point. NOOOOO that tech wanted that $95 service call. The lady named LUCY at the office got the business that day. The owner Patrick Massie did call me a day later at the end of the day, as if there was nothing wrong and I was over reacting.

All I'm saying is this world is crazy and I felt that my kids were in danger, and for that case, the tech may have been walking into something crazy himself. Liability waiting to happen. This could have gone bad in so many ways. Just don't use them. I think they are running business out of the garage or family room. Shady business. NO stars in my book!
