I had this service and only had a couple incidences with the alarm going off and them not following up with a phone call. The biggest problem I had was cancelling the service. I called to cancel and Brian T confirmed that there was no contract, but I couldnt cancel until the following month. I emailed to confirm cancellation and they continued billong me.
I spoke to Brian several more times and he said he would take care of the billing error. Several months later I received a lump sum bill. AGAIN, Brian saod it was an error that he would take care of. Many months later I was referred to a collections agency. Do not trust these people, there are far better companies out there.
