Scott Wallace just installed my alert system today. He did a great job of explaining and demonstrating how to use the system. There was a bit of confusion regarding the outlet being used and I may not have explained clearly why I didn't want that one used. Ultimately we got on the same page and used the extension cord I use for the phone. He was quick, efficient and professional. Now I have peace of mind that if I fall again help will be just a click away.
