Rating them a 1 for now. The sales person was nice and receptive up until we had issues (that are still unresolved). He has not acknowledged or answered my last message asking for help on who to contact because the camera system is not working. I had to call numerous times before a repair tech finally come out. Appt was scheduled for 830am and he didn't show up until after 430pm.
He pretty much said he couldn't fix the defective circuit panel and that he was referring it back to the installers. This was a Friday. Called back on Monday to find out that the same tech was scheduled to come back, but he never showed up - no one bothered to tell us that the visit was canceled. Wasted 2 days waiting for no resolution. The ladies that answer the phone are nice but they all have a different response and usually fall back to - 'we will have someone from the scheduling dept call you back' but that doesn't happen either. 2 weeks into our system being installed it started giving 'offline' notifications. 3 weeks in, it completely stopped working and says 'no signal'. keep getting the run around, calls have not been returned, its been 5 weeks since service installed and it has not worked for over 2. I understand that Supreme sold to Securitas - so at this point, no idea who to complain to, so both getting the same rating.

I got their services because the house I bought previously had their equipment installed. Biggest mistake ever, most unprofessional company I ever dealt with. No one knows what's going on, customer service is atrocious. If your equipment is faulty you have to raise hell to get anyone to care, even after the fix it- it faults up again. Everyone rushes to tell you this is unusual and not normal but it's a lie and part of a script it seems.
Sales reps just want their sales then to push everything off to tech or monitoring department. ALL ABOUT THE MONEY, not one bit about the monitoring. Don't walk from this company, run.

I am the owner at 20 Mechanic street. Please be extra careful with these guys. They will make you sign a 5 year contract and even if you sell the place they will want you to pay for it. I am the new owner and they tried to sneak in a $99 installation charge (just to transfer the service) by never mentioning anything to me. I dont trust them and would look for other services in town.

We have used the service of Supreme Security for many years. When we sold our home last year we contracted with them for service in our new home. They are Great! The agent who coordinated the transfer and install was professional and helpful. She made sure that our system gave us what we needed and at our convenience. The day to day service is easy, friendly and hassle free. I highly recommend Supreme for your security needs.

We had a few small issues along the way but the end result seems to be great. We were all really happy with the service Derek gave us. Supreme Security Systems seems to be a good security company. I would recommend them to anyone needing security work. I'm sure we will be calling you again in the future.

Love Supreme. Been a customer for 30+ years. Upgraded to a better system and received a very attractive quote. Installation was completed in one day by 2 experienced technicians. Had some issues with one of the touch pads and Supreme took the initiative to schedule and made sure it was corrected. System works well and we really feel more secured with cellular technology than land line. Great customer service all around, and a classy operation.

I found their sales practices and initial contract to be deceptive. Having a one year lease on a condo I engaged supreme security for monitoring. I moved this past December, called Supreme and cancelled my service after 4 years. A month later I get a bill for another year of service, Supreme saying I signed a 5 year contract. I did sign the agreement but it was never pointed out to me that it was for 5 years! It was totally my mistake but I would have found another company before I would have knowingly signed a 5 year contract when my lease was only year to year!

Best experience I've ever had with a security system! Works fast, and they're at your house before their ETA or on time every time. I have had multiple issues with other similar companies, and I'm so thankful that I found Supreme. The business is well managed and transparent, and I hope to stick with them for many years to come. Highly recommend!

Do not use! First of all, the equipment is always breaking and it's a $110 service charge every time they come out. But my main issue is that I just cancelled my alarm system, however, the system is still active on my end and keeps going off stating that the battery is low. It is really loud and has woken up and frightened my 1, 2 and 4 year old boys.
I called Supreme Security today and told them that I cancelled our service, had the email confirmation of the cancellation but the alarm was still going off unexpectedly. I asked how to shut off the system. They told me that the system is shut off on their end and because I am no longer a customer, their technician cannot tell me over the phone how to shut off the system on my end.
What kind of customer service is that? I think a complete shut down on ALL ends should have been executed when the cancellation went through. Please beware and do not use this company unless you want terrible customer service, excessive service charges and additional headaches. Other security companies will replace or fix their equipment for free and not charge you to fix something that they supplied that is broken. I learned my lesson and will never use them again. My poor babies thank you for your terrible customer service and their lost nights' sleep.
