I have used the services of fire safety solutions and hand on heart can say I wouldn't even think of hiring a different firm. These guys cover everything. I own a number of rental properties, the guys made them completely fire compliant and now both myself and the tenants can sleep safer knowing that everything that could be done, has been done. I also run 2 cafe's, again, FSS made both properties completely fire compliant.
I was also able to send the staff from the cafe's to get emergency first aid training and fire warden training at FSS training premises, so now all the staff know that in the event of an accident or fire, their co-workers are capable to handle it. On a lighter note, on the day of first aid training, the girls couldn't resist climbing into the FSS fire engine (used for dry riser testing on high rise buildings) to get their picture taken, which is up being the counter in both cafe's lol

Critical: Professionalism, Value Had bad experience with them, they are over priced, they charged 144 for fire alarm service, I didn't have fire alarm, asked for refund but they didn't. They was going to charge me total about 2000 for a shop to be legal for fire alarm. I sorted all for 250 with Hillhead security and they gave me certificate as well!
