Patriot Security

This company needs to be and will be investigated by the labor board and the employment commission. They will hire you one day and ban you from a post because an employee does not like you. They hire and fire everyday. Revolving door.

This place has the most unprofessional staff in Nederland it's a shame! Do not work for them they will play with your check and your hours!

The worst security job I have ever worked. They are unorganized and disrespectful towards employees. I had medical problems and the lack of care was insane, the woman that worked there told me I didn't have any emergencies. Lack of hours and lies about pay is really terrible. Do Not Work for this company.

I worked here for almost 4 years and don't have anything bad to say about any aspect of the company. If you show up ready to work everyday they will take care of you.

You will never have a set schedule. They will send you everywhere doing differrnt things at each post. On your days off they will call non stop ( 5-7 times) to get you to work. If an incident happens at your post the higher ups will just fire you rather than upset the client. Patriot is greedy, mismanaged, and dont look out for their employees. They will drop you and hire another body to fill your post.

The hiring methods for this company can be summed up as "scraping the bottom of the barrel". This shows in the quality and work ethic of its employees. Very poor performance and quality in the guards it sends out to its clients. Employees are also treated with extremely little regard and are seen as very replaceable as no experience in security is needed to be hired by patriot security.

I began working for Patriot right after hurricane Harvey at apartments that were being rebuilt. I relocated to Beaumont do to my place not bring rebuilt. They worked with me every step of the way and really made me feel like family. They have sent me to more training than I ever thought was needed for security. I just want to say thank you Patriot for being there for my kids and I when we needed it most. I wouldn't want to work for any other company.

Patriot security is a great place to work for! I have worked there nearly 3 years now and I wouldn't work any where else. They have helped me develop my professional skills. They care about their employees, their clients and the community that they are in.

I have worked with several different national companies. Since joining Patriot 5 years ago the level of training, supervision, and the customer service I've seen the sites I've worked receive are far an above anything I ever experienced with any other company. I have worked my way up from the first day to now I'm a site manager in charge of supervision of all the officers, vehicles, policies and procedures. I love this company. Best Ever.
