They are very prompt and courteous. The techs are great they know a lot about their product and also offer advice on upgrades and options. Great great customer service. Bravo in times when everyone is short staffed

We just recently upgraded our alarm system with All Action Alarm. I can't say enough about how great they are. We had an old hardwired system and they gave us the ultimate flexibility to keep some of the previous hard wiring, while upgrading others to wireless. Eric worked with me to come up with a solution that worked best for myself and my family and will keep us safe.

The installation was professional and respectful. I was still able to work from home the day they did the installation, and they did a great job. I hardly see any of the equipment, and they thoroughly tested everything. They made sure they walked us through the system so we could be comfortable with it. You can tell they really care about what they do, and they care about their customers. That's a type of service that other providers simply do not do anymore.

We have used AAA since we've been at this home-15 years now. We have never been disappointed. They never try to upsell anything, they are responsive, and the Techs are always courteous and skilled. I would recommend AAA to anyone, and I have before.

AAA sent Rob to help upgrade our alarm system and fix out sonos connection and he was able to complete the task nicely. It was a great service especially when he spent time to inform all members in our family the details of what he did. Definitely ask for Rob next time!

We needed an upgrade to our communication box and the technician, Rob, called before he arrived so I knew just when he would be arriving. My experience with All Action Alarm was awesome! Our tech Keith was fantastic and so knowledgeable. He was very kind and considerate and took his time explaining everything to us and showing us what we had to do and what we needed to do and answered all of our questions. and believe me I had a lot of questions! Rob, the repairman, did a terrific job figuring out our wiring/alarm issues. Like an investigator! Friendly, polite personality too! Tom arrived early and worked me through each piece of the process. He went over setting up and using the app and the keypads. Made sure I understood everything and had no questions. We had a great experience with All Action Alarm! Tom helped us pick out a system that really meets our needs and was kind and informative while explaining our options to us. During the install, he was patient and kind with our young daughter who was curious about his work. His explanation and demonstration of how everything works was wonderful, and our home was spotless when he was through working.

Awesome alarm company. I was very happy with the work they did. After I reached out to Craig, he was able to give me a quote within a couple of days and install the alarm system within a week. My home went from dumb to smart in a day. Really cool. And pricing was fair. Great experience across the board.

I've purchased and installed a total of 11 indoor and outdoor IP cameras as well as alarm.com compatible home security system with All Action Alarm. This is one of those long surviving family businesses because they do the right thing to its customers. They really do stand behind their products/services as they claim on their website. After I contacted Craig due to a minor issue that I encountered with my IP cameras, the tech was at my house in Queens within two days and immediately fixed the issue.

This is how everyone should run their businesses, but from my experiences not many are wise enough or simply care enough to be this way. Also, I chose this company out of many other competitors because I was only required to sign a minimum of 1 year contract with their home security service unlike others that require a multiple year contract. The initial installation/equipment cost was very affordable as well, and for me it made a perfect sense to spend that with one year contract over a free installation with a min 3 year contract with a large termination fee when I don't even know if I like the product/service.

In summary, All Action Alarm is a business that takes a great pride in what they do and therefore stands behind their products and services. Its pricing is also fair and competitive. I can see myself being a faithful customer for years to come!
