The monthly rates listed for each bundle are actual rates before taxes, fees, and surcharges that are mandated by your federal, state, county, and local governments. Bundles only available within the Empire Telephone service areas. Bundles are only available to residential customers. Customer must subscribe to Empire Telephone landline telephone service in order to sign up for any of the bundles. Customer account must be current and not have any outstanding balance with Empire Telephone or any of its affiliated companies.

After something goes wrong with a cable box or internet box they don't replace the defective device instead they com over and temporary fix the problem by getting it to work again, then when the power goes out or restarting the internet box because it becomes slow the same message comes up on the tv "Network Arguments Invalid" it's been happening to me for a hole week now paying $148.00 a month on cable and internet that only works sometimes. bad choice for cable or internet so please save your self a migraine or two don't get this cable/ internet / telephone copany
