Had an agreement through Facebook messenger on a price for a painting. They said they would send an invoice for it and then they would deliver it. Invoice never came and I asked about it with no response. I finally called them and they sold it the same day they made an agreement. We were planning on buying two bedroom sets and a kitchen table. We will be going elsewhere. Very unprofessional.

The customer service on this site has a terrible response rate in regards to e-mail inquiries and phone calls. I ordered a product off their website and they sent me the "upgraded version" without any notifications. I reached out to them in attempt to get a refund and send them back their product, however, they told me they only refund non working products?

I did not open the packaging on the product or attempt to turn it on, I just received the wrong product and wanted my money returned to me. Now I have to dispute the transaction through my credit card company as the CCTV customer service rep told me to do so! Never doing business with this company again. I recommend you stay away from this company, 100% sketchy.

Have worked with CCTVImports for a few years and have recommended several others to them. They are always been professional and take the time to find out what the needs are and recommend options.

I was super happy with the service with this company Lacey was the sales girl I talked to and she was so helpful and so nice and made sure i was completely happy with my service! About a week after my product was installed I was having some problems understanding how to work it and remembered Lacey said I could call her if I needed anything. When I did she transferred me to Josh the tech guy and he found what I was doing wrong and helped me immediately! I would defiantly buy from them again.
