We had a rocky start with one of the former employees but Kathy and her crew changed all that. I found her to be more than helpful, courteous and very responsive to my concerns. I love the new cameras that were installed here for me. And, I know should I ever need assistance Kathy and her crew are there to help. I'm pretty sure I will need assistance in the future and I know I can count on iSpyVision.

We have had great experience with ispyvision here at our mall all there product is top of its line and there efferent on all info needed for the DVRs i have known this business for 10 + years and had seen a lot of installs and there the best at what they do i will keep on referring them to everyone we know and we still use them for all our needs.

Very good service. Worked on my Hikvision security cameras and NVR, which really was more of a networking problem. I installed a Velops Mesh Network and had problems syncing the security system. John, the tech know what to do and after some updating got it working fine. He was super friendly and instructive. I wanted to learn how to do some things myself.
And the rate was very reasonable. Not sure where the "old" ratings came from because these guys were top notch. I plan to use them again for adding another camera. Oh, and they called me while on the way to my house so I didn't have to sit around and wait half a day. That alone was worth a lot. Dave T in Tracy CA

Very arrogant and sloppy-left attic debris all over my closet and my clothing, lost the cover to my attic which is in that closet and refused to make the repairs. Additionally, drilled holes outside my home for his cables and left the wood on protected and raw for bugs and water to get in. A very unprofessional service provider and not some one I would ever recommend and it cost myself and my disabled Viet Nam Veteran husband $3400.00 for all the mess he left and equipment that doesn't function correctly. I plan on taking him to court and only wish I had known before I hired him that he is such a high-handed arrogant ass.
