Absolutely terrible customer service experience recently. After about 20 years with this company, I needed to cancel service due to sale of the property. They were not accommodating in any way with the needed service call to pick up a radio they own. The possible appointments were either well before we are vacating the property or nearly 3 weeks later.
It will take about 5 minutes to remove this radio and they would not budge or work with me in any way. I am extremely disappointed in the company at this point. Terrible service

I have had All Protection as my alarm company for 8 years without a single problem. I called to get a cellular connection for my alarm instead of a phone connection. They told me I had to sign up for a 3 year contract. I didn't want to have a contract so I asked if I could just pay for it. They said yes but they would not take off the 3 year contract.
They said it was month to month but wanted me to sign the 3 year deal. I could tell this was not the same company I spoke to 8 years ago. I found out the original owners sold to this Oregon company. They seem to be very big city for a mountain town community. I didn't like the way they tried to get me to sign a 3 year deal when all the other alarm companies were only asking for a 1 year contract.
Their pricing was very high compared to the other alarm companies in the area. I found another alarm company and will not be using All Protection any more. They threw away an 8 year customer for their greedy ways. My neighbor will be switching as soon as his contract is up.
