Beware do not use this company! The owner operator Anthony Lopes has no customer service skills and is in my opinion racist. The company and owner do not stand behind the work performed and lacks in depth knowledge of products offered. I had All Pro Security Inc install a security system and XM satellite radio system at my restaurant a year ago. The security system has not worked since day one and the XM receiver is creating a loud humming noise.
I called Mr., Lopes to come out and check things out. He got into an argument with my cashier because Mr. Lopes felt he didn't speak or understand English well. When I arrived I found Mr. Lopes face to face with my cashier screaming at him. I asked him what his problem was and he screamed at me saying "this guy doesn't speak any English and he should learn to speak it." I told him what the problem was and he tried to fix it.
I had to leave but when I came back the music was low and the humming noise was still there. I called to ask him why he did not fix it and Mr. Lopes told me he would come back. He came back the next day and didn't do anything. I called him and he said if you keep the volume on low the humming sound disappears. I tried it out for a day but the loud humming sound came back.
I called Mr. Lopes again and asked him if he could fix the problem once and for all or pick up the XM receiver. I told him I shouldn't be happy with the humming noise going away just when the volume is low. The humming noise should not be there at all. Mr. Lopes then yelled at me and told me he didn't need to deal with someone like me and he's not doing anything.
Now I'm stuck with an Alarm that's not working and a $1500 dollar XM system that has an annoying humming sound. I was also unhappy the way he treated my Hispanic employees speaking to them as if they are dogs. He's lucky I wasn't the cashier or I would have perhaps punched him in the mouth. Violence doesn't solve anything but District Court does.
I will take this matter to them Monday. I will update soon. So If you want to do business with a company that treates hispanic americans like trash and has that type of attitude go ahead. Mr. Lopes is lucky hipanics dont have a NAACP.
