Satellite Industries, Inc. offers both residential and commercial security (burglary) and fire alarm systems as well as monitoring services. We also install telephone systems, central vac, closed circuit television, audio/visual and intercom systems. We follow stringent guidelines as set forth by the local Burglar and Fire Alarm Associations and are therefore, IQ Certified as well. Please check with the IQ Certification Board to see if your security company has been certified in the State of Maryland here.
Services
Washable filter (Cyclonic separation plus a washable cartridge filter clean the air before it is released.) The Centralux, a central vacuum system, is unmatched in convenience. The main power unit, installed in either a basement or garage, is linked to inlets in each room, covering up to 7,000 square feet total.

If you have made any changes to your telephone service, it may affect your alarm system's ability to dial into the monitoring station. Internet phone service (also known as voice over IP) conflicts with your alarm panel's ability to dial into the monitoring station. If you have changed your telephone service to an internet provider, please call our office ASAP.

We set up our security with Satellite Industries and it was a great experience. Mike walked me through the app/website step by step and patiently answered all of my many questions. He was courteous and extremely thorough. Mickey and his colleague (I'm sorry, I don't remember his name) we're absolutely fabulous when they came to check on the security system in our home.
They were extremely respectful of our property and our possessions (and even gave me advice on how to water my aloe plant). This team went truly above and beyond to make sure our home was well protected.

Staff gives conflicting info. We moved out of our home in march. I called them well in advance. 2 of their reps said just call us and we can cancel end of March. When we did try to cancel we got the run around for a few days and then a 3rd rep said we have to pay for the remainding 8 months for a house we don't live in. Would not recommend! 4/4. Increasing stars. Satellite did help resolve our issues!
