I called them and spoke with Brian Morena who I believe is the owner. He was very professional and courteous and he scheduled an appointment for service. In a few days, a technician named Aavram arrived; he inspected and serviced our home network and Cat 5 drops and completed all the repairs. Our system is working great now. Thank you Command!
