Personally, I appreciate the flexibility that the call center offers and the culture that they have created. I can do my homework in between calls and they always have fun activities and food. In addition, the leadership group is very knowledgeable and is available to help whenever I need it. It's the perfect job for someone who is going to school and later I plan to explore other opportunities within the company once I graduate!
