Senspex has been supplying and repairing thermal imaging cameras for Alutiiq since 2012. They have always been very professional, attentive and responsible. I am most impressed by the ability to call Senspex on the telephone and actually talk to another human being (instead of a voicemail). When needed, Senspex has been able to work with us on specialized repairs and customized orders. The Senspex team understands what it takes to work in the government arena. This company cannot be trusted. Miguel Moreno and Jannelle Anthone are willing to break agreements at their whim. They do government work in the area of surveillance. Under no circumstances should you enter into any agreement with this company unless you get a sizable up-front non-returnable deposit. Otherwise, you could be wasting your time with these people whose word does not mean anything.
