Standard Security Systems

I've had multiple issue with my alarm that was installed by another company and Standard had taken over. I called Standard and asked for someone that was knowledgeable about the system. They sent A service tech named Robert and I have to so glad they did. The reviews I see about him were right. He was amazing! I will only request him and already had him install my friends new alarm. Thanks Standard he's a genius!

Rob the installer came and solved an issue that happened since we upgraded the system in 2019. He also solved other issues and is EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE with the apps and patient in teaching how to use it. Ask for him as the original installer terrible and created the issue Rob solved. Thanks again Rob!

Rodney Romero came to my house for installation for my security system for my home. I have to say he was very knowledgeable and professional with everything with being on time and setting up or I should upgrading my security system. After finishing talk his time to show myself and the rest of family on how to use the system and I would definitely recommend him and his services from Standard Secuirty for anyone looking for a piece of mind for there home. I recommend Standard and installer Rodney Romero. He arrived on time, was respectful of our home and took all appropriate measures in light of COVID, and was very professional and thorough. The job involved taking over a whole-home system in a new construction that had not been appropriately finished (no wires labelled, no magnets on doors/windows, etc.).

He took the time to do the job right, and was here all day without any complaints about the less than perfect prior installation. Afeter all the work was complete, he was in no rush to leave and took the time to explain how the system worked. Great experience and a kind / fun person to talk to.

Rodney Romero came to install an upgrade on my existing security system. He was courteous and very thorough. He explained everything to me once he was done and walked around and physically showed me his work. Amazing, talented technician that I would recommend to everyone. No complaints here! Rodney Romero was our installation technician and he was on time, friendly, and qualified. Even when our wifi was not cooperating, he took it all in stride and went the extra mile to run a wire connection through the basement and across the room to our router without a complaint. We engaged Standard Security Systems to bring our existing ADT System (initially installed 21 years ago) up to date. Rodney Romero was the installer sent to our home. He did a great job. Because of the scope of work involved, he spent the entire day at the house, taking the needed time to make certain that everything was in proper working order. My experience with Standard Security Systems has been great. I have had a Standard Security system at my summer home for 7 years without a single issue. I recently installed a new system at my main home and the entire process from sales, through scheduling and installation was easy and smooth. My install technician was Rodney Romero and he was outstanding!

Can't say enough about Rodney. He is a great guy, but more than that he was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining how the system works and helpful in making decisions. He worked quickly to identify any issues with existing wiring and hardware and to find the best solution. Very neat and skillful workmanship. He did such a great job at my main house that I specifically asked for him to do the upgrade on our summer home. Great experience all around.
