Wonderful customer service and the locksmith loved my dogs. I have a historic home and the dead bolts and levers they helped me pick out look really nice. I felt safe having them in my home and I love the quality of the door handles and dead bolts. The doors need a lot of refinishing and didn't fit right, they took into account one of my doors was over 100 years old and after its refinished, it will look entirely original!

Horrible customer service, will not help you when you have problems or issues. I suggest calling somebody else.

While this post review does not actually judge the quality of work, it's a review of the advice given to me by phone regarding my electronic key not engaging the truck at all. I described in detail everything that was going on and I background history of the truck and key, on a recent Saturday 3pm phone call. I'm from out of town The person I spoke with adamantly/strongly advised that it was not the key and was a problem with the truck. 4 days later and hundreds of $ more paid (towing-diagnosis-return trip) it turned out the key was the issue. Granted, it was in the end, my decision to take the advice.

We have used Tru-lock for multiple services over several years. They have an incredible, knowledgeable professional staff. They have had to open our home and cars on more than one occasion when we've locked ourselves out, and they have very quick response times. Tru-lock has now installed security systems in two homes we've owned in Eau Claire. Too many people go for the cheaper installs without realizing they are paying more in the long run with the monitoring. Years ago we made this mistake, and we now know you get what you pay for. I could not recommend this company highly enough! Great customer service, competitive prices, and quality work!

So last weekend I lost my car keys at rock fest in cadott wi, after AAA let me down with the tow(waited hours no contact) I reluctantly called these fine folks for thier services. Jesse showed up eager to get us on our way, dude is good for conversation to help pass the time. After a while he had to call in help, 2wice. 1st guy couldn't help, much.

Left after busting jesses chops on the current job difficulty(a Pontiac grand prix), he called in "the man" the owner to come help out. After he showed up they banged it out real quick, cut me a key redid my ignition (for no extra charge) and gave me a free extra key. Most would say locksmiths overcharge for what they do, but after my experience they are well worth the fee considering the alternatives a city boy has in the stix of Wisconsin. And if you have to call anyone to help with Locksmith services, call these fine folks. Thanks again for all you do. Would highly recommend.

Tru Lock is Awesome! First of all, the locks are really high quality and their software enables me to assist tenants who are locked out from my home instead of driving all the way back to work. Very friendly and fast service! The only thing that was difficult is that on google they are listed as being open 24 hours- which made me go there once when it was closed. The real opening hours are Monday through Friday 8:00AM-5:30PM

They went above and beyond to help me with getting new keys for my car, the only key I had was extremely worn and not working well in my ignition. I was originally going to go through my dealership but my dealership refused to make me new keys without doing a diagnostic first. I knew it was only the key that was the problem and did not want to have to spend an additional $75 to have diagnostics done. I came to Trulock and they were able to get me two new keys at a really good price and very fast. Customer service there is amazing and I highly recommend them to everyone!
