I've been working for this company for almost a year. I am very pleased with how this company has been treating me since I started with them. When I came in to interview with AllStar Security I was brought in by a friend of mine who is also a security professional working with us. Every place they've assigned me to work has never been disappointing, I feel safe and secure with the company and those I currently work with in the field.

If you want to work a dead end job, 5 hour shifts, no benefits, and work less than 20 hours a week, I'd say go work anywhere else instead. Terrible company, terrible "leadership", they don't pay to train the random bodies off the street they hire and ask "why don't we have security guards?" Avoid at all cost

This is by far the worst company i've ever encountered the orientation was a complete waist of time. Lies about their work its been a week since the orientation still haven't got a job they dont reach out to you/ you have to call them the receptionist is fake and stuck up. They dont provide uniforms do not waist your time.

Based on the bouncers online profile, he worked for allstar when he beat me up. put me in a choke hold and had his bouncer friends punch me. for no reason at all. im wondering now if all star did all the security for this particular venue that has tons other complaints about bouncers being violent? after reading some of the reviews here saying management is ex-nypd that might make sense why the police didnt do anything to help me?

One of the worst companies iv ever worked for, well let me say the hole company wasn't bad just mainly Michael and some of the people under him like Larry, to me it didn't make since to give a guard 70 hrs one week and then 5 hrs the next week, but I'm pretty sure there favorite guards received constant hrs, I didn't know a company could treat a person like a second hand citizen until I worked at this location, I even had to go on unemployment just to make some money since this location didn't think I need any hrs, to me its a odd way to treat an employee but I'm pretty sure other companies do this other wise how does this place still operate.
I just this it's wrong they should tell you that u will not receive 40hrs every week on a constant basis before you receive the job, don't make it some like you will receive 40hrs a week at $20.00 a hr and then get the opposite of what you expected to receive. Hopefully by me posting this they will either change the way they do business or be closed

Ok so they claim to be about "hospitality" But the receptionist is Rude. Scott Rice provides Wrong information. During the orientation, if you looking for good serious Work. This isn't the place for you. I wasted a lot of time with these people. Also they schedule from a time to a time and tell you leave before your original scheduling. #WasteOfTime

They were quick to give an interview. Flexable with the schedules, but the have zero benefits, they don't pay for vacation. The admit that once you have a site, you can not eat while on post. You can not order food or even join the client for a meal. If some thing went wrong, they will not back you up.they actually admit that. It's not worth your time.

All-Star has been fantastic to work with! We had an EARLY morning (between 2am - 3:30am) call in with Casey to come and help us at our property on-site. He arrived as soon as he could and was extremely helpful in doing his work and being informative for any (hopefully not) next times. Thanks so much All-Star!

No direct deposit, they don't work with your scheduling. They want you to go all out for them but they dont supply anything. No paid training, no uniforms, you have to go out and get your own uniforms. They have these client locations where you have to stand long periods of time, no interaction with anyone and no type of movement. Basically standing like a statue. This isnt a good security company to work for.

I would give zero stars if possible. This review is solely based on interaction. I parked my vehicle in an empty lot, which later found out belonged to All-Star, Friday evening, but in the process one of my lower ball joints went out. As it was Friday after close of business and I had a couple of promotion events that night, I could not get ahold of any shops until Saturday morning.
When I did they all told me they could not work on my vehicle until Monday. I went back to my Jeep Saturday and some man approached me from All-Star saying he owned the lot and I needed to move. I explained my situation, but still told me to move. I did try to move, but made things worst as fluids started to leak and more grinding was heard. After this occurred, this person was no longer around of course.
So I put a note on both windows, with my phone number, saying I would be back Monday morning. I got to the lot just before 9 am, to find out that my vehicle had been towed from the lot, a practically empty lot by the matter of fact. So if this is how people in need in the community are treated by All-Star, I could only imagine how poor their customer service is. Maybe I am wrong, but I will NEVER reccomend them for anything based on the lack of understanding for helping out someone in need.

A truly outstanding team that goes above and beyond expectations. We are sincerely proud to work with the All-Star team since we can rest assured that our team members and showroom are kept safe and since they embody the definition of a true neighbor. This team has gone out of their way to assist in investigating potential security threats, to offer additional training tutorials for system functions, and to snow-blow the entire block this past holiday season. We, at Blackridge, highly recommend the All-Star team for their expert attention to detail, unquestionable reliability, and neighborly spirit.

Fires w/o notice. Greasy slime buckets that move lizard-like Expects you to break your back for them but they are not there for you. Doesn't pay overtime. Makes you do labor at site locations that are of the staff of the venue you happen to be working alongside contractually that have nothing to do with your security skills/job. Schedules you for days you stated you can not work.
Then pretends like you didn't say you couldn't work those days and give you the evil eye. No direct deposit so you have to see these manure munchers on a weekly basis. All ex cops so of course they are manure munchers. Try to short change you out your money you worked hard for and can still lose your check. Evil is here dance with the devil if you wish.
People do drugs on the job in front of you tell you to be quiet about it; in venues supervisors allow patrons to do drugs but supervisors hassle you on not letting those patrons do drugs. Everyday they break employee laws (rights) & state laws cutthroat environment beware.
