Abk and every single employee here has been extremely rude. They treat every person that walks in the door like dirt. They are very unprofessional and need training on how to treat people who might be going through a hard time. Not once did we have a positive encounter. Each employee treats you like a criminal. Do not give this company your business. This company either needs to go out of business or fire every employee and hire actual professionals that know what they're doing for a living.

Kim Brune Van Hoose (The owner) is extremely unprofessional and pompously rude. She encourages the same behavior from her staff by openly speaking and treating her "clients" in a tremendously disrespectful mannor. In my case, I was ordered to live and work 3 hours away while being monitored by ABK. I have abided by all rules and never missed a payment. However, in just 1.5 months, I have been TOLD to come in or I would be revoked.
That's 20 hours of work that I needlessly have had to miss. I will also add that I was told to come in the same day called. I don't take drug screens. I'm not even on house arrest. When I brought up that I had free time to drive the 3 hours (one way.6 hours total), I was told to come now or I would be reported. What's more, I arrived 2 hours early to Evansville and was eating. Kim called me to tell me that she noticed I was eating and that I needed to get there immediately.
That she is providing me with a service and if I don't like it then she will just revoke me. Then hangs up on me. bith times this has happened. Once in the office, I was barated and mocked for my dismay. Threatened repeatedly to be reported and/or revoked. Being that I am in legal trouble and am only able to get a job that pays minimaly, 20 hours equates to about a week and a half of APK payments. it's $500 month!
That's 1/3 of my entire income. I'm a person that is trying to get out from under this mess and is doing everything I can. I would hope that a sensible person would be able to recognize that. Listen. there isn't anything going to come of this review other than to probably antagonize a bully. However, it would be great to discover an agency that I could report her misbehavior to. It would be great if some person would open another tracking company. As it is, she has a monopoly and will continue to run things in a deplorable mannor.

A family's experience with denial of medical necessities, and or emergency services. You have right to get medical help which includes mental health. ABK, Jail and or the courts cannot deny you! That is under the Eight amendment jail house laws." I will suggest to all, " look up your rights and know them. I personally am disappointed with the rudeness and intimidation, that comes with being on house arrest.
The attorneys and law enforcement knows this. I truely believe their time is taken up for ptr this and ptr that instead of doing what they are called to do. (To Serve and to Protect.) All cases should not be treated the same. However with my family it has been an injustice. To ptr on your first day is not only wrong but a sure sign of being set up for failure.
There are issues that are unique in every case. In no way is it ethical to judge one just by the label put on them. Take time and care, ask, get to know you, know their story, thier needs etc. Our case is a 25 year juvenile case. Kim I hope you will lighten up and be more helpful, like you should be. Point made! So I came here today to sign up for a random drug testing for a family court issue out of Arizona. I went and did all the paperwork, paid my $145 to cover the setup fee and my first drug test. As I was walking in I had a cup of water as I knew I was going to need drug tested by the end of my appointment. I was then told at the door there are no drinks allowed inside so I set it outside on the floor while I waited for my appointment.
I went in and talked to the lady they're whom finished all my paperwork and I let her know when she told me to take my drink outside that I needed to drink some water in order to be able to take my piss test. I got my ID card and she took me up front and showed me how to login for future reference at which point she told me to wait to take my test and that since I logged in I was not allowed to go outside.
I told the people at the front door that I would try but I knew I couldn't go yet and they agreed. So I tried and couldn't and they told me that's all right let's wait 15 minutes and see if you can try again if you still can't go will get you some water. Then I half hour went by I tried again still couldn't go in the asked me to go back out front of the lobby.
After a half hour I talk to the people at the front window stating if they let me drink water and hour ago I'd be able to Pee already in they responded with that's not our problem other people of had to deal with the same thing which I reiterated it was my first day I just signed up I told the lady at from the get-go that I had to P and that I needed to drink water if they were expecting me to do so so after an hour and a half I left and failed my first drug test as a missed test is deemed positive! I find this completely unacceptable highly unprofessional and would recommend you watch your ass if you decide to use their services they will blackball you from the get go!
