Amazing. I called because I could not get into my Sentry Safe. The Lock Lady explained that she is not an expert with my type of safe but took the time to diagnosed what was wrong and walked me through several ways to clear a jam. Nothing worked and she had to refer me to a specialist. Not only did she not charge me anything but she was patient and caring. What a wonderful lady. I highly recommend her.

Purchased a new home in Mesa and wanted our home locks re-keyed. Laura was friendly and very knowledgeable about home security. She explained the different locks and knobs why she recommended them. She was readily available the same day we requested services.

I needed the locks re-keyed on a new house. She was on time and wore a mask the whole time. She was nice, except for the disparaging comments she made about a someone who left a bad review a while back. Honestly, that's why it's taken me so long to write a review. I was worried about being the next customer she talks badly about. Anyway, she did a good job. I need another lock re-keyed, but will shop around. Her prices are really high.

She was fast responding and extremely helpful! Kept me updated on when she'd be there to help me. Got me back into my car in less than 5 minutes. She was extremely affordable and I have a ton of respect for what she does. I would highly recommend The Lock Lady!

Laura has done great work at both my house and my mom's house. I am super happy with the results at both locations. We had locks replaced with really high quality locks which she offers on hand and we even had a choice of color that matched great in both cases. She is a very creative thinker and will work through tough problems easily and I end up with really nice locks that look great. We can't thank her enough. I would highly recommend her.

Cluster Mail Box Lock: Laura is fast, efficient and cares about your lock safety. I just bought a condo and realized two days later after moving in that the seller of my new place didn't leave the mail key. I didn't want to wait another day without a key considering the lock on my cluster mail box was wide open. Laura got me in within hours of me calling her. She called me letting me know she was near by. She replaced the lock, had me try it with the new keys and boom, she was done! Thanks Laura!

We had Laura--AKA The Lock Lady--to our house today to install a new lock due to the old one not working properly anymore. She was wonderful--super friendly, professional and very knowledgable in her field. As we feared, the problem was not so much our lock, but the disintegration of the door frame. However, she did NOT encourage us to immediately look into replacing the frame or the door, but aimed to fix the problem with some clever metal pieces.

It would have been to her advantage to push us in the direction of having her redo the frame, but she didn't and we are really grateful. We especially liked that she explained the problem after determining what it was, then gave us the option of how best to fix it and how much money would be involved. Laura is a lady of integrity, honesty and warmth. We highly recommend her.

We contacted The Lock Lady to come to our house and re-key two gates after we lost the key ring. She replied via email the same day and came the next business day. Not only was the work done quickly and professionally Laura is a super friendly and helpful person. Thought it was appropriate to add my full text interaction with Lock Lady given that her re-telling of our interaction included words describing me as 'hostile, agitated, aggressive, abusive, etc'. Also note in the text interaction I make specific reference to her speaking loudly and talking over me, which was not negated by her. Probably because it is exactly what transpired. So. have kissed the $230+ I paid her good bye and am going to stop updating this review as I choose to put energy into positive experiences and people.

The Lock Lady is very good. She's reasonably priced and not afraid of difficult jobs. or small jobs either. Laura definitely knows what she's doing. She showed up early and was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend.

The Lock lady really bailed us out. We got locked out of our rental and she came out and picked the lock within 5 minutes. She was very professional and told us the lock was worn and what to do to correct the problem. I would recommend her to anyone.

I had the lock lady come out to open my workshop after I couldn't get the key to turn. Funny thing is, my equipment was in the shop or I would have done it. Lol She tried and explained everything before removing the lock. While she was there she gave me tips about making things safer and how to possibly prevent it from happening again. I had her cut new keys for the house from the master at her suggestion and they work a ton smoother than the Home Depot cut keys. Much nicer looking cuts than HD also. She's awesome, knowledgeable and very friendly. If we need a locksmith again, she'll be my first call.

We used the Lock Lady to install new locks and re key our entire house. She was knowledgeable and fixed everything better than I even expected. She has a flat rate of $80 for vehicle lock-outs. She arrived right on time. Fast work. Honest. She will be my go - to locksmith in this area.
