As you know, as a small, community development financial institution, the price to value ratio of everything we purchase is exceedingly important to us. We must be able to receive the maximum amount of value for the price we've paid as is possible. This has certainly been the case with your company and your services. The initial installation and subsequent relocation of our video system were both done in a workman like manner, during the time period specified, and our system components are of high quality.
I don't know that anyone can ask for much more than that. On a personal note, I am not interested in the lowest possible price for something I purchase. There is an old saying that "cheap is dear" which can, and all too often does, lead to dissatisfaction. What I am interested in, what we must have as a low-income credit union, and what your company has delivered for us, is the the best service and equipment we could have purchased, for the price that we paid. We will continue to be a customer of yours for years to come, wherever we locate.
