Busy Bees Locks and Keys are the BEST! I don't know what I would have done without them. Kyle was super helpful getting a new key for my daughter's car including showing up sooner than expected. Not only was he fast and professional but the price was affordable. If I ever need help with keys or locks again Busy Bees Locks and Keys is my go to place. Thank you Busy Bees!

My key fob was falling apart, so I got a blank online. I knew how to program it, but obviously didn't have the key cutting equipment, so off to Busy Bees I went. Cost was $45 for the cut, and it only took about 10 minutes. In and out, no hassle!

I emailed with a request for a quote. We exchanged some information. After giving them my location and asking for a more accurate quote, they stopped replying.

I asked for a quote through their website and they were very prompt in getting back to me through email. Gave me an appointment ASAP and texted me the technician's name and window of arrival. The technician, Kyle, showed up on time. He was courteous and friendly and explained what he was doing. All in all, a very good experience.

After my keys mysteriously disappeared after the longest day of work, and a AAA call that still left me key less. I was forced to call the locksmith. They gave me a pretty good deal and made 2 keys (in case this happens again) and did it in a timely manner.

They were able to provide a spare fob for my Dodge and even replaced a battery in it for free because it was still under warranty.

I locked myself out of my house this morning and AM PM locksmith helped me get back into the house in 15 minutes! Talk about quick service! It is so wonderful to know that there are such reliable businesses out there to help you out so early in the morning! Thank you Javid!

I called about my front door lock ( was broken and wasn't sure if someone tried to break in) and they were out in about an hour. Chris was my representative and was nice, knowledgeable and professional. Couldn't recommend them any higher. Great job Busy Bees!

I've been using Busy Bees for the last decade whenever I need locksmith services to solve problems or help with lockout issues or special keys and advice. Granted, that was only several times, but I shopped, and always end up with these guys. They are the ones that can do the job with the right tools and have very experienced technicians when needed for tricky jobs.

They have always offered me competitive pricing and multiple solutions that in some cases saved my wallet by creative solutions. Family owned business and polite articulate employees. Cheaper and faster than many, but more importantly they have the tools and skills for almost any job and saved me lots of money and time over other solutions quoted me in the past.

This last time the tech was able to pic a very complex lock that uses a round key and very small steps and grooves. This requires a better than average pick tool and experienced hands. Well done. Recommend

This is my second time using Busy Bees Locks & Keys. Both times were to change the locks on our condo and we couldn't be happier with their service. We had them change out four lock cores on separate locks so that they all use the same key. Their price was lower than I expected to pay. They are prompt and efficient and go the extra mile to fix minor issues beyond the scope of their immediate job, such as sticky door handles, misaligned strike plates, etc.

JC was fast and efficient and didn't mind trudging up 8 flights of stairs when the elevator went out in our condo during his service call. Couldn't be happier with their service.

I visited this establishment to get a key copied and I was quite astonished by the attitude of the staff. I was ignored by the gentlemen working behind the counter for several minutes until the other employee smoking a cigarette in front of the store finally came in and said abrasively "What you want?" They were able to copy my key, but I will find somewhere else to get these services from in the future.

My key got stuck in the lock cylinder on my door on a Sunday. I called Busy Bees and they scheduled for Jerry to come out to my location in an hour. He showed up half an hour early, got the key out in two seconds, and only charged me for the service call (no labor). Super friendly and easy going. Would definitely recommend.

I've had the need to use Busy Bees twice in recent months. On both occasions I was impressed with the prompt response, expertise, and reasonable prices. For instance in the latest case the locksmith showed up at my house less than two hours after I called. He was done in an hour making two keys for my wife's car for less than one key at the dealer

Unbelievable experience. Had a party this evening my wine cellar door is digital and got jammed somehow. Keys were in a safe place which I could not record called in am and could only meet at 4pm these guys showed up and 30 minutes later had the digital lock fixed and a new set of keys. Outstanding ask for JC. He was great

I called Busy Bee to re-key 7 exterior door locks at my house. They scheduled the appointment for the same day. The locksmith was able to arrive earlier than his appointment, and that was ideal for me. When he arrived, I realized that I had inadvertently missed 2 additional door locks that needed re-keyed. He re-keyed all the locks alike quickly and was very courteous about my request to add locks. Great service is hard to find -- and this was definitely great service!

I made an appointment at the Kettner store to have a key made for my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe and my new remote programmed.. I arrived prior to my appointment and they started to work on my key immediately. I had to park in a red zone because there was no handicap parking available. When the parking enforcement officers came by Busy Bee not only moved my car but paid the parking meter for me. I would highly recommend their service and everyone was outstanding not only in their customer service but their positive attitudes as well. Well done Busy Bee!!!!

I dealt with Emily on the phone, and Jamie, who did the work on my key. Just as with my past experiences wit Busy Bees, they were efficient to deal with, got exactly what I needed, and knew what they were doing. They were also very pleasant to work with.

From reception to technician, Busy Bees really got me out of a jam. Extremely fast service that the competitors were not able to provide. Fantastic communication. Expert knowledge. Alex the technician was superb. Only knock would be price.. they were slightly more expensive than competitors, and just generally an expensive fix, but end of the day I was stranded and these guys saved me.

A special thank you to JC Arreola for his professionalism during a lockout today. He arrived 15 minutes ahead of his scheduled time, and made extra efforts to track the sheriffs, who were assigned. His experience with these calls safely secured the property. Thank you Busy Bees.
