Service tech Zach was extremely knowledgeable and tech savvy. He quickly managed to get our HOA community security cameras up and running again and walked me through connecting my phone and laptop to view the cameras from any remote location. I highly recommend his service and feel confident with the Securiteam product. Service manager Chris also answered my many questions during several days and was responsive and knowledgeable. I thought Securiteam would be the right choice after doing extensive research. As it turns out, they came through as a top-notch company to work with in every way. Nisha greeted me cordially on the phone and got me to their salesman in a timely manner. Having years of experience, Frank, in sales, was great at advising me of how many cameras I should have and the best locations of where they should go on the outside of my home.

He followed up with a picture of my house that clearly showed where the cameras would be attached. Thereafter, very personable Vince, called to fit the project into their busy schedule. Technicians, Drew and Marco, arrived on time. They were terrific to work with throughout the day with what was not at all an easy job, due to the layout of my house and the fact that R-30 fiberglass installation was previously blown into the attic.

So sorry Marco! Somehow, they maintained an upbeat attitude and the install came out perfect. Eric then arrived and by looking at a computer monitor advised Drew who was outside to tweak each of the camera positions. If you want a dependable company, this is the one to hire. Mega thanks to all of you at Securiteam!

I had a new Vector security system installed today by securiteam. The tech did an excellent job. He was on time and efficient. I would recommend these people for anyone looking for a security system.

Chris was very professional. He was prompt for the service call, courteous, worked very efficiently and explained everything in detail. 3/6/20 edit: I was delighted to see Chris was our service technician again on a second trip to upgrade equipment. He was on time, efficient and fast, and pleasant during the very brief call.

5 Stars. Chris did awesome job getting our new controller board installed and working through some issues after with S2 to get it going. He has come few times before for service calls and always does good job.

Securiteam is a great company. Customer service is top notch. Heather was excellent calling me and letting me know when my technician would arrive. After experiencing a problem over the weekend where several technical problems were affecting my alarm system, James, my technician was able to assess the problem quickly and restore my alarm system to normal. Again, excellent customer service on both sides.

Rob and his team installed a new S-2 system for our members access control. Gave us a great deal on the system and complete maintenance package! The system has been working for several months flawlessly! Love the remote access and control features, because of our unique situation the SecuriTeam specialists had to custom configure our system. It has worked perfectly, I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

I'd avoid this company at all cost! I was blatantly lied to by the owner today in a phone discussion! I guess I should not be surprised.a quick review of their website touts them as being a Better Business Bureau "Accredited Business", which is also not true -- I called the BBB to verify. Don't let these guys scam you! Stay away.

I Called Securiteam and Spoke to the Project Manager Frank about 6 Cameras at my Residential Property and told him what I was looking for he came out and gave me a quote. I Called him back and went ahead with the job very reasonable and he sent 2 guys out and they did a awsome job very professional and they cleaned up. I Highly Recommend this Company. We had a great experience with Shawn today during our new installation. He was very self explanatory and very anal as to how to operate our system. I'd recommend him and the Securiteam staff any day.

I use Securiteam where I work. I consistently receive excellent service and the team (especially Vince and Rob) is very responsive and helpful whenever I have a question or an issue. Vince was patient when I was new and learning the system. He almost always picks up the phone when I call and when I do have to leave a voice mail, he promptly returns my call.

The monitoring products themselves are very useful. I have used similar products from several other companies when I've worked at other locations and the combination of a reliable product and great service makes Securiteam by far the best I have worked with.

The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. He not only fixed the source of the trouble call he replaced the living room low battery that we just hadn't had the time to replace.

Mr. Cirillo is a liar I never said he was not licenced. I said the 2 kids were not properly certified by the state. I gave my proper identity Mr. Cirillo and have 2 corporate engineers with a large security company who will testify that this security unit you installed was not properly wired and could of caused a fire. This caused it to constantly short out and not work. Your company came out numerous times to try to fix it and it couldn't Get your facts right Mr. Cirillo

Securiteam was updating an old security panel in my home. The installer, Al, showed up early for the change out. Replacing the alarm panel required running new wiring since the old transformer could not be located. He checked the entire house and the attic. He ran the new wire professionally. He programmed my new panel and ran the required test. Before leaving he made sure that I understood how the panel worked.

The job took longer than expected, but he was very patient, ensuring that the job was done correctly. I was extremely pleased and not not resitate reciommending Securiteam to anyone. From Jody in the office to the several installers/service tech I have seen over the years, Securiteam is a professional organization.
