Great service from a great company. I will say I was very sad to hear Freddie the locksmith was leaving the company, makes you wonder why, because he always made our experience that much better. Very knowledgable guy. Seems like lately good employees are hard to come by.

I am very happy I found All Safe to fix the various problems I had: broken deadbolt, rekeying locks and reprogramming an electronic lock. Their same-day professional and friendly service accomplished all of these things and more. Robbie took the time to make sure everything worked flawlessly and even emailed me the programming instructions on the electronic lock if I want to change the code again. I highly recommend them!

All Safe was professional and efficient. Freddy came on time, changed 4 locks in a short period of time, installed a safe I purchased, taught us how to change the combination, and was finished in a reasonable period of time, leaving us with enough keys for each lock. My lock needed to be rekeyed. I called All Safe to schedule an appointment. Their tech arrived within 90 minutes after my call and completed the job in a timely manner.

I bought a safe from All Safe a years back. The lock system is battery operated which need replacing over time. I replaced them but still couldn't get the safe to open. The service man was prompt and solved the problem immediately by hitting a button. Turns out that's all that was needed. So the manager refunded me the money for the service call. So this company is not only responsive but extremely fair.

Finding a small, local service contractor can be fraught, especially from out of state. All Safe is a great find, in part because they were local and close and also their website was very nicely done and showed a level of professionalism and quality not often encountered in small businesses. I was able to speak directly to the owner who was familiar with my location and arranged a service visit the next morning.

The tech arrived on time, alerted my neighbor by phone before arrival, solved the problem and called me to communicate the outcome of the visit. The price was quite fair and I feel I got excellent value all around. They are now my go-to for locks and security.
