Bought system less than 2 years ago. Keypad is telling me Carbon problems which is false and NCA is wanting to charge me $89 dollars to fix the problem. It's cheaper to go with ADT.

Great company and have been happy with their professional operation! They monitor three of our properties and have been completely satisfied.

NCA did a great job on my install. It was done quickly with no issues. They came highly recommended by both my contractor and my friends who have used their services for over 15 years. I do not know if all their installers are as good as Mike, but he is great and very personable.

NCA made it so easy for us to activate our alarm system. Allan arrived exactly when I was told he would to get us set and ready to go, and he was incredibly professional and kind. We just moved to Nashville, and we've had such wonderful experiences with everyone we've met. This includes Allan and everyone at NCA who has helped us. Just had NCA install an alarm in my personal residence and couldn't be happier with the process! They arrived on time, communicated what would be done and did a great job explaining how to work the system. So far they have been great to work with!

I love NCA. You do have to purchase your alarm equipment if you don't already have some they can convert but it was still cheaper than our free equipment companies. I researched just to make sure. This is our 2nd home with them. The installation was smooth the tech explained everything. I refer all my friends and family to them. It's the cheapest and best way to go. Make sure you research and I am sure your findings will be the same as mine. Oh best of all you are not tied up in a contract.

We chose NCA Alarm Company to install a new system throughout our home. The installer Lonnie was super efficient and installed everything we needed in less than one day. Two new panels, window and door entry alarms, glass break, water, and heat sensors, smoke alarms, and indoor + outdoor cameras. We couldn't be more happy with the install and new system! I chose to go with NCA because they are a local company and were highly recommended. The technician called when he was headed my way, arrived on time, and was so nice. It took about two hours to install my video doorbell camera and convert my existing alarm system. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He showed me how to work everything and answered all of my questions. He did a very thorough job. I would definitely recommend NCA if you're in need of home security. It's affordable and the service is awesome!

I would recommend NCA as the alarm company of choice to anyone searching. They are reasonably priced, courteous, and the time to install was quick! The technician was extremely knowledgeable with questions I had about our system. NCA alarms have been wonderful so far! The technician who did my install made sure I had everything I needed to get going. They have also been responsive immediately on the few times my system has gone off by accident. Best rate in town also!

Needed an install as soon as possible. Worked me in an Allen the technician was very attentive. Discussed the installation, discussed my options, even cleaned up when he was done. Checked several companies. After you factor in the high monitoring cost versus cheap equipment cost they all balance out to about the same. With this firm the equipment is yours, you own it and can select any monitor. Their monitoring is one of lowest. Very good experience all around.

We have been using NCA for about twenty years and have always had prompt service and never experienced any issues of any kind with this company. The few times I have accidentally set off the alarm, the monitoring company called me within seconds.

My neighbors suggested this company after I expressed unhappiness with one of the national chains. My neighbors have used this company for several years and are very satisfied. I had NCA put a system in when I moved here 10 years ago and the company has been wonderful! They are very responsive when there is an alarm, their support staff are all local, and their alarm staff is USA based, which makes a big difference to me. They offer both cellular and landline security systems at competitive rates.

I called NCA and spoke with 2 different people who told me 2 different things. One acted like I was bothering him. One of my neighbors who is happy with NCA told me to ask for John. Well John answered the phone and it was the same experience as the last 2 guys. I ended up going with a different alarm company.

I've been with NCA for at least 20 years. Initially I had ADT system, and after my contract ended I went with NCA for $9.95/month (price never changed for landline). In 2017 I decided to update for wireless dialer ($19.95/month) and got rid of landline fees. During my time as a customer I have changed out my keypad and had sensors put in my windows.

I am sure I will add other services this next year. No person or company is perfect. When I have had issues, I generally have a good result. I like that I live on the West side and their office is on Charlotte Ave. I also like that NCA feels like a family run business, willing to help me out over the phone. As far as fees, well you are paying for their expertise, and your safety and security. I'm staying with NCA. :-)

I called to inquire about having NCA monitor my existing system. My mom and neighbor has this company and recommended me to give a call. I had several questions and after talking to the representative for about 5 minutes he informed me he had a doctors appointment and needed to "rap this call up". REALLY? so I said well thank you and hung up.

I have been a customer of NCA for 17 years. Every time my alarm has been tripped the system has always worked and I received a call asking if I need emergency assistance. That is dependable service which gives my family the reassurance that in a time of need we can count on. As a business owner I am impressed with the level of service I receive for the price that I pay.

The cost of my service hasn't changed over those 17 years. I can't recall any of service I use that hasn't increased over time. I have recommended NCA to several friends, family and clients of mine over those years and have received positive feedback from each one. Worst company in the world the employees Dustin said they do not have a customer service dept John the manager said they were waiving the 89.00 disconnect fee because of the way I was treated from the service technician that came out to disconnect the the system only to be charged the 89.00 a week later, I called to discuss it it seems the owner named scooter said to charge the fee very unprofessional when I asked John for the owner to call me I was told he would call when he had time.what a joke DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY they tell lies and do not honor any agreements BUYER BEWARE

Just had NCA install our security system in Nashville. Over all, we are pleased. Simple, easy to use system. Technician was polite and helpful. The only negative so far was the technician installed one of the door sensors at the base of the door where it could be knocked off. I asked him to move it to the top which he did.

Wonderful service. We are thrilled to have an alarm system that didnt push us into a long term contract and is easy to use and affordable. Installation was easy and the installer was very kind and warm. He came and did his job and was efficient and answered all our questions. We will continue to use this alarm service as long as we are in this area. Great company.

The other night I set my alarm from the rather handy app on my phone. I set it to stay for the evening as my fiancé and I were laying in bed. Roughly 20 minutes go by and I hear our 14 year old son shuffling around and so forth. Without knowing the alarm was set, he opens the back door for the dog. The alarm, blaring louder than I expected starts up.

Before we can get to it and enter the code, NCA was calling. Faster than expected. It was service that has been unparrelled in the past. Thank you for your work and your service. Which I might add, is the most affordable offered.

Just got NCA installed today. The techs did a great job of explaining everything, showing me what my options were, and got the job done quickly and cleanly. I hope I don't need to take advantage of their services but I feel confident I've signed up with a good company who provides affordable, quality service.

We have been happy NCA customers for more than 8 years through multiple moves. We like the idea of locally owned and personally accountable. I would much rather pay for equipment upfront and have a low monthly/annual fee - the NCA approach, than high never ending monthly costs. The service and response has always been friendly and timely. NCA has been our company of choice for home security for about 5 years. Their monitoring is very responsive and has been reliable. We did have an incident recently where the police showed up at our door after a false alarm was cancelled. After working through this incident with NCA we are satisfied that this issue has been properly addressed. We are still confident that we have chosen an excellent alarm company. Not sure what some folks problem is with businesses charging ACTUAL money for ACTUAL services. Not everything should be free, and if it were all included, you'd be paying 5x as much as the basic service. There are additional options AVAILABLE, but you don't have to purchase them if you don't want them. There are no contracts, and if you add a service, try it out, and don't want it, you can get it removed from your account.

My wife and I priced out other options: ADT - $40-50/mo, Comcast Home Security - $40-45/mo. So why are we complaining about $19.99/mo? We bought our system that allows us to have monitored service WITHOUT a landline home phone, because I mean really, who needs a landline home phone anymore? We also added the $5 for cellphone activating, as the app is super user friendly, and we don't have to give out our personal code to people, just need to know when they are at our house, and voila!, we can let them in, and set the alarm when they leave.

Super user friendly, highly recommended. And the one time the alarm did go off, we were called immediately by NCA, and minutes later, the Mount Juliet police. We are getting everything we are paying for.

We've used NCA for 4 years now. I don't have any cons for this company so here are the pros: --Affordable at $9.95 per month --No contracts --Monitoring system is just as effective as the bigger chains --Family-owned local business --Friendly, helfpful staff My husband accidently set off our alarm and the central monitoring station called immediately to make sure everything was okay, and because my husband couldn't remember the exact spelling of our code word, the lady sent the police over to check it out.

And I'm not complaining about that.that's the kind of service I'd expect if I was being held hostage in my home, etc. So, yes, I'd recommend them for your home monitoring needs.

From the beginning and ever since they have been super easy to work with, professional and affordable. The few times Ive had questions about my system they have been available and answered all my questions. The technician was on time, knew what he was doing and was quick to install the system. I have to give mass kudos to this company. I've had their service for several years and the equipment is sound (and was very affordable), the call backs for alarms is amazingly quick, and customer service is remarkable. I had to cancel service because I am moving and within minutes of my online cancel request I had two emails with the cancel form and a call back. Now THAT is customer service to be so prompt even when cancelling service. I will highly recommend them to my home buyers.
