I live in a building that uses Koorsen. We've had some problems with the system that resulted in it going off for hours at a time, days in a row. They eventually fixed it. hard to tell if management company (KMC) or Koorsen bears brunt of blame. But Koorsen did reach out to me after I left a negative review and was responsive, which I very much appreciate.

We have been using Koorsen Fire & Security for many years to inspect and repair if needed all of our sprinkler and alarms systems. Their technicians are always quick to respond, knowledgeable and thorough when taking care of any repair we may have. Our representative Amanda Thomas is excellent to work with and takes time to check in on things and make sure our systems are working properly and our needs are met.

I had a service company (not Koorsen) out to service an oven, and the next morning there was no gas service to the entire kitchen. The other service company wouldn't own or even discuss the problem, saying there's no way the two issues were related. I called Koorsen, who talked me through diagnosis and correction of the issue that was caused by another company entirely. And we don't have a Koorsen contract. But after this morning, we sure will get one. :-)

TRAVERSE CITY LOCATION. First called in early April 2018 when I was unable to reach our contracted fire extinguisher company we normally use. Left messages for Koorsen, not returned and then called and spoke with someone in the front office on 04/27/2018. She heard me out on our inability to reach Scott, the salesman and got our office scheduled to meet with him.
This took place on 06/08/2018. Contracts were signed and I was awaiting a call to schedule. By 06/18/2018 I emailed requesting a 10 day update, no response. Contacted them today on 07/09/2018 to request any signed contracts be voided due to their TERRIBLE lack of follow through and extreme unprofessionalism. I would not recommend them to ANYONE.
