All American Alarm is an outstanding company! Using state of the art technology/equipment, our alarm system is amazing in protecting us and our home, providing a true sense of security. Dealing with Amanda, the Service Manager, is a pleasure since she is very knowledgeable of the business, professional, and extremely prompt in returning calls, setting appointments, billing questions, etc. Amanda is our go to person whenever we have a question! Additionally, last year when our system was upgraded/updated from our original system of 30 years ago, John knew exactly what our old system was comprised of and meticulously rewired/zoned the new system to pinpoint each opening/contact of the house and added wireless smoke detectors. John also fully explained how the new system operated and in conjunction with the app on my iPhone. Will be again using them on another property and have informed neighbors and friends of both Amanda and John's expertise and professionalism. Highly recommend!

All American Alarm deserves a 10 star review. I recently had ADT and had a very poor experience. I went without an alarm system for awhile because I was fed up with ADT and during that time I had a break in that changed my life. The next day I called AAA and they were very thorough, responsive and I had next day service. I would like to thank AAA for being a company you can rely on and making my family part of yours.
We have been a customer for a few months now and after using my cameras and seeing the quality along with the easy use of my alarm system is a game changer. The owner Sy is truly invested in the safety of others. He will go above and beyond to bring safety to other people and put my family first. You can tell the people working with him are treated just as well as his customers.

Im not usually a "leave a review" type person but I think everyone should know how amazing All American alarm is! It's hard to trust anybody and let them into your home but after talking to Amanda at All American alarm, she was very professional customer oriented, prompt and courteous she represented the company very well because from start to finished install the fast response and service I got reflected the initial contact I had with her at the first call. I cannot say enough about their outstanding service. They are always prompt to reply to all my needs. I recently lost service after a nasty storm so I called AAA and they could not have been nicer and accommodating. On the next morning, they were out to my house and got everything up and running. Our daughter had a break-in at her home in Cape Coral on Friday afternoon. Broad daylight, lost a lot of "things," like the TV, her computer, her camera, jewelry, and also a lot of memories - sentimental items from her life... When my mom was getting older, I installed an alarm with a medical button for her. It was just a precaution. Little did we know that she would really need to use it. One day she fell and broke her hip. She pushed the button and the alarm company called the paramedics. When they found my mom she had gone into shock and was in a critical state. The alarm saved her life.
The paramedic said she may not have survived had no one found her for a few hours. Every elderly person needs a medical system for the peace of mind it gives those of us who take care of them. I highly recommend All American Alarm.

I am a retired cop and I checked out all the companies when I moved to Cape Coral. All American Alarm is very respected by the local police departments. Many of the officers I talked to knew them and used them... Good enough for me. I think they are great. The equipment is solid and the monitoring is efficient. They even set up a test once a month to make sure my alarm is working properly. I like that.

I was on vacation when my alarm system stopped working. Apparently there had been some storms. Anyway, Jen at AAA called my cell phone and let me know that my sytem had a problem. ...I thought I was safe with my dog watching the house when we weren't home. What a shock to find my poor puppy knocked out on the floor, my house ransacked and everything completely torn up! Thank goodness for All American Alarm! They were so quick and made me feel safe again. The installer even brought a dog cookie for Ginger, my Irish Setter. Great company to deal with.
