We maintain a constant patrol of the property and perform a physical check of the doors and windows after the businesses' are closed. Numerous times, we have found doors unlocked or not locked properly. By making physical checks of the business, it assures the client that the security measures they already have in place are being fully utilized after the last employee leaves the property.

I have emailed Captain Norris of Platinum Protection about a very negative experience we had with their security personnel. He has completely failed to respond and is ignoring my emails. I have submitted video evidence of his security guard shoving my husband and then lying and saying my husband shoved him instead. The security guard did that just to kick us out and give their friends more room on the roof top vip lounge at the Tin Roof New Years Eve.
And once I told them I had it all on video, they got upset and one of them grabbed me from behind and shoved me out of the establishment! Also on the Tin Roof page, there is another complaint from a woman stating that security treated them the same way, even lying to kick them out. I will be filing a report with SLED because of the situation and Captain Norris failing to respond.
The Security company thinks they are above the law and can put their hands on people if they lie and can get away with it! Well we'll see what the law has to say. Or what about WBTW - CBS - Channel 13. WHMC - ETV - Channel 23 - Conway. WJPM - ETV - Channel 33 - Florence. WMBF - NBC - Channel 32. WPDE - ABC - Channel 15 - Conway. WFXB - FOX - Channel 43. If we can't trust a SLED Certified security company to do what's right and protect the people, then we can't feel safe going out to these establishments.
