I have been unfortunate enough to lock myself out of my home not once but twice in same year. I've called Shearer to help me out both times. Not only are they friendly but they are quick and super helpful. Praying I don't lock myself out again but if I do then I definitely know who to call. Can't thank them enough.

The prices change after the service is done. I was told one price and when the service was done it was another almost double. They don't have any customer service skills and are very unprofessional. There are tons of other locksmiths out there that are reliable I used this one because I was told the price not quote. I don't recommend this place to anyone beware

Called up Shearers because we lost the keys to our roof carrier. Told us to come right down and after 3 attempts and hand milling the key, Tyler got it open!! Saved the day as we are leaving in less than 24 hours. Thank you, Thank you!! Great service, great patience and a very reasonable price! Will highly recommend!!!

Every time I have needed Shearer Security they have been there as quickly as humanly possible. They have opened numerous car & truck doors for us. I have keys made at their facility. They change locks on almost everything. They offer safety supplies and self defense supplies. You can never have too many TASERS!!! They come in all shapes and sizes. PLUS they offer security systems for every budget!

Shearer is a great company! We updated and purchased our security system from Shearer. From the initial visit through the installation, Mr.Shearer, Steve, and another gentleman were, kind and very knowledgeable and professional. Our older home presented some issues with the transmission of the signals between floors. The service tech, Louis, came the day the problem surfaced.
He worked tirelessly for almost 3 hours until the system was working flawlessly again. No charge since it was still under warranty! We have had 3 other security systems over the past 21 years. Wish we'd have started with Shearer!
