I'm impressed. Protech is very professional. The installer knew exactly what he was doing even when initially there was a glitch in the setup. He diagnosed it and set it straight. I especially like the little remote fob it came with and Protech's prices are less than what I was previously paying to another company for the same system and monitoring service. Win Win! I definitely recommend Protech.

Protech team did an outstanding job setting up the alarm and access control systems at our new medical office. They were prompt, courteous and respectful throughout the entire installation process. After encountering a few obstacles due to unforeseen circumstances they still rose to the occasion ensuring we were ultimately satisfied once the installation was complete.

When our car was vandalized, we made the decision to get a video surveillance system. We didn't know where to start so I reached out to other members of a local neighborhood group and ProTech came up multiple times so I figured they had to be good. I called them up, and the owner came out to give us an estimate. The company vehicle was nice and clean.
It sounded reasonable so I said "let's do it!" The install techs came and installed the equipment and they were quick, professional and cleaned up behind themselves. The equipment is great quality and the video playback options are very clear and easy to use. I would definitely recommend this company for all of your security needs. We definitely feel an added sense of security. Thank you ProTech and all of your employees.

Bill and his guys were great! From providing us with a quote, to an amazing install job: very clean, on time and thorough! They were very responsive to emails and quick with an install date. Surveillance cameras work excellent and Bill came back the next day to show us how to work everything and make sure we were happy with it! Definitely recommend these guys!

Protech Surveillance was amazing! I had old cameras and an alarm system and I wanted to upgrade. Bill and Ed came to my house for an estimate and they took their time listening to my ideas and formulating a plan of action. They were very nice and their price was reasonable. When they came to install the cameras and alarm system, they remembered everything we talked about and all the work was done very well.
They were very careful with drilling holes and running/snaking wires through the walls. Alex also came during the installation process and he did a great job as well. All the new cameras have great picture quality and my alarm system is now upgraded with new hardware and software. The best customer service ever and very good at what they do! They took over our alarm system after having issues with another company, and going to PROTECH was the best decision ever. We have never had better service. They reinstalled a new, updated panel, and all new sensors. Fast and easy installation. We lost power after a nor'easter, and then had problems with the alarm once the power was back on.
We contacted PROTECH and they came the same day to fix the problem. Very knowledgeable and skilled at their job. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for an alarm/security/surveillance company. It doesn't get better than PROTECH! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Excellent pricing! Excellent service! Polite, neat, clean and punctual. Very quick install and had the live feed from my cameras onto my phone right after they were done. Will definitely be going back to these guys for my full alarm system soon. Since buying my house I've had a lotttt of contractors at my house, these guys were by far the easiest to deal with. My only complaint is I didn't get one of their Protech T shirts! Lol. Highly recommend using them for your security needs!

I Highly recommend using Protech for your home security! These guys have Excellent pricing, Excellent service, and they were Polite, neat, clean and punctual. Very quick install and had the live feed from my cameras onto my phone right after they were done. They even went as far as emailing me instructions on how to download and install the app for my phone because I wasn't home at the time of install (my wife was).

Recently had cameras installed at our local business, Couldn't be happier with both the picture quality and speed of installation. They even showed up in a snow storm at the time they were scheduled and adjusted with no b.s excuses and took the time to adjust cameras to the exact centimeter that I wanted them. Overall very satisfied and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Price was lower then what I expected which is great.
