I had Hometronics do my home theatre installation, alarm system, and security camera system. The work for all systems was excellent. The one minor glitch was the security camera DVR, which quit providing remote access. Unfortunately, Hometronics vendor for the DVR went out of business, but they worked with me to get a new model and gave me a fair price for a new one and installation.

I really like the personable and professional aspect the company shows. I particularly found David, the sales rep, very personable, knowledgeable, and enjoyed working with him as he was patient and answered all our questions on all our systems. Dean worked with me on getting the camera system up and running again with the new DVR, and he also was the one to provide a quality finish to my home theatre system.

The tech we saw most was Michael, a highly knowledgeable, personable, and professional installer who worked with me several times to insure our system worked well. We are very pleased with Hometronics and the equipment they used. David confirmed my desire to have Klipsch speakers in our home theatre system and we are highly pleased with that system too.

I would recommend Hometronics for your security, home theatre, security, and any other home system requirement. They have the experience and knowledge, but unlike some companies, are not so large that you get treated impersonally. I also know if I need assistance, they are always ready and able to help.

About nine years ago Hometronics installed a burglar alarm in my office. It was very professionally done and the service was excellent. Had them also install an alarm in my home along with a home entertainment system. Loved the sound and the quality of the picture. Later I moved to a larger office and they installed a burglar alarm and audio visual system allowing me to monitor the office from anywhere 24/7.

Later moved to a larger office and they put a new system in, again allowing me the ability to monitor what was going on 24/7. Moved to another house and had Hometronics move and upgrade my home entertainment system. Not only where they on time, professional and left everything looking great, Cox did not show up and when I called Cox they told me it would take two days to come out but they were very sorry. The Hometronics people fixed everything including Cox's problems. Friendly, fair priced, professional. Best I have every used.

Hometronic did a great job of installing and servicing our RING camera system. They were available to answer questions and very helpful on follow up issues.

I have had dealings with HomeTronic on and off for almost five years. They installed my surround sound, televisions, security system and cameras when we built our home. In the ensuing years, there have been various glitches that have caused me to have them back out. Each time they send me someone who both solves my issues, and explains the problem to me, a woman of a certain age who is not as tech savvy as I might like. I never feel as though they are speaking down to me, or taking financial advantage of me. Two things I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend this company.

Initially I had David and the group set up my Home alarm system They were thorough and efficient and very professional. I then had them install my office and Home "theater" system with remotes and equipment that needed to be upgraded . They did a very excellent job. If an adjustment was needed (there always is), they were out almost immediately to do the "fix".. I highly recommend HomeTronics for both alarm systems and Home electronics.

Dean is great. He saved me hundreds of dollars on getting my intercom system repaired, and he has always been very accessible when I’ve had questions about anything related to stereo or intercom systems. In this age of everything electronic it’s nice to know an expert in the field that you know will be there for you by simply picking up the phone.

The security system, audio-video systems and Cat-5 network cabling was designed and installed in my house when it was built in 2004. Since that time I've used Hometronic to upgrade the A/V and upgrade security. I say this because I want to note that Hometronic is a company with a proven track record not just in my home but my neighborhood and around Vegas. Hometronic has great prices and provides excellent service.best yet.
