I lost my keys from the bike lock. I'm working in delivery and had to go to work early in the morning, I was super disappointed when understood that my key is lost. We were getting ready for a dinner party we were hosting for friends of ours. About 2 hours before people were supposed to arrive, the entire locking mechanism decides to break; I'm locked in, and my wife and kid were locked out. Called Mykhailo, and he was at the apartment in short order. He explained everything and did not pressure us into anything.
Very professional. Even gave advice about asking the super to change the hinges and other aspects of the door in order to put less stress on the locks. Quality costs, but he was fair, and again, he let us know the cost upfront. Would definitely recommend.

I locked myself out of apartment in Chelsea - Broadway Locksmith was extremely helpful and very fast and responsive. They showed up within 25 minutes of my call despite heavy traffic, and unlocked the door easily within minutes of arriving. They also replaced the key in my door very quickly and easily. They did an amazing job, would 100% recommend calling Broadway Locksmith for any lock/key issues at all. They are very friendly and professional at all locksmith functions!
