Prime Security have been wonderful to me when I've had issues with my cameras, which I'm happy to say have been very few. Darragh dealt with me last time and he was very helpful and understanding given that I'll be 80 next year. He couldn't resolve the problem in one day due to lack of time, but phoned me the next day when he said he would. He was very patient with me and talked me through the whole process, sometimes having to repeat himself.
I couldn't have asked for better help than Darragh gave me, and he is a credit to the company, as are all the other staff and technicians that have helped me. Thank you again Darragh and thank you Prime Security Installations.

Prime Security, a company providing security systems to Business and the Private sector, with CCTV systems etc, we as homeowners have been their clients since 2016, where customer service and support is their priority in providing an excellent service to us over the years. First and foremost a SPECIAL mention to Callum, who it has to be said, is the primary reason for the wording 'exceptional'. His phone manor and his obvious 100% commitment to customer service & satisfaction is beyond reproach, always readily available to resolve any issues we the customer have, how quick he was to call back today following some minor issues with the recent upgrade yesterday, a remarkable young man, who deserves every accolade from management for his efforts. Mention also to Nigel, he again is always quick to respond to any issues.

Prime Security sold us our CCTV system a little over a year ago and were reliable and professional throughout. As part of the original installation, I recall they revisited a couple of times to resolve some minor issues (wrong box, needed to change one camera). Recently, I hit an issue which was quickly diagnosed as due to the power supply. An engineer came out and fixed the problem within an hour and made sure I was happy and up and running before he left. Through all these interactions, I get the feeling customer satisfaction is genuinely important to them. That's why they'll stay as my go-to firm for home security.

Had a problem with my internet connection and Paul sorted it. I was expecting a call in 2 days time but they found time to call sooner and he fixed the issue quickly. He was calm and professional. Patient and polite. Thanks again. Needed help again today 10.2.22 with connecting to TP link and phone app. Max was professional and helpful. Fixed the problem within minutes and sent me a useful guide on how to resolve the problem if it should happen again. Thanks Max Much appreciated

I had a one camera system fitted at my flat. All the equipment is good quality and the remote playback is very clear. I have called for technical assistance twice and on both occasions have been contacted without delay and had my issues resolved in next to no time. The tech guys are so knowledgeable and patient! I'd recommend Prime in a heartbeat!

I have used Prime now for over a year to provide my security system and services. They have never let me down from installation to support. Most recently Paul P one of their technical guys spent a good hour getting my system reset up after changing internet providers. I had to replace my laptop as I was having problems with my existing one I called you company to get my camera app put on to my new laptop. I was called back by Paul who is the most patient polite person I have ever dealt with. I don't know the name of the young man who installed my camera but he was the perfect gentleman, polite, friendly and helpful, had a few technical problems but he made sure it was up and running and that I was happy before he left. Excellent products, excellent service. I had both CCTV and alarm system installed and I am extremely pleased with the result. Had a couple of false alarms ( my fault ) and we were contacted immediately. Reassured that they are there at the end of the phone. Both Mas and Paul very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended.
