Our customers depend on us for a level of clean that protects the health of their customers and their employees, ensures the highest standards of regulatory compliance, and protects against illness, accidents and disruption.
But without the right processes, all you're really getting is "extra" help to prepare areas that are not included as part of the regular cleaning processes, or scope of work. And extra help is often code for extra cost. At Allegiance, we believe that thorough, complete, and high-quality cleaning should not have to wait until an audit is scheduled.

Read the reviews before you accept the job PLEASE.The site manager rude and disrespectful, never at the site, poor communication, they don't care about their employees. KEEP TRACK OF YOUR HOURS BECAUSE THEY HAVE THIS THING FOR SHORTING YOU OF YOUR HOURS. Management is unprofessional No training for the job site was given basically have to teach/train yourself as you go. I would not recommend working for this company

My first impression of this place was, very unprofessional, and just straight up rude. I had a interview at the Valdosta Site 020129, on Monday at 3:30. My girlfriend applied after me and got her interview before mine on the same day. My girlfriend went in and comes out with a full schedule and work uniform, and tells me that ms.shareka said that she was choosing between me and my girlfriend, so there would be no point in me going in if she's wasn't hiring anyone else.

I find it very rude that for 1, she should have interviewed both of us and got the one with the most experience in cleaning (which would have been me). It's also very rude that she couldn't even find it in her heart to email me and say sorry for the misunderstanding, I was and still am very upset with the way this company is run. Now fast forward two weeks and my girlfriend comes home and says they are hiring for the shut down (1 week of work) so I ask her if she will ask shareka if she would consider me for the shut down, shareka tells her she will have to ask her manager. Shareka Jones is the site manager there.

Never did get a response of if she would hire us or not. Anyways I believe she could have emailed me an apology, and maybe even ask if I would have been available for the shut down. I do have outstanding housekeeping skills. P.S (don't setup two interviews if you are only going to consider 1 applicant, honestly would have saved you time in the long run)

The company is horrible to work for. They are unorganized and dont give a d**n what happens to their employees. I went above and beyond my job title just to be let go without any prior disciplinary actions against me. I have not even been fired i got told im not allowed on one jobsite and wont move me to another jobsite and thats it. They are absolutely impossible yo work for wouldnt reccomend them to change a light bulb.

This company is terrible, expect to be over worked and under paid, no communication from top to bottom, broken promises and also a toxic work place. The contracts don't have enough time or money to fit the contractors needs and as a site manager that dealt with a building that was supposed to be a "breeze" turned into a 5 month project. I was under paid from the beginning, no training involving projects, no proper safety equipment.

The regional manager is constantly forgetting to order supplies and provide support. He will lie to anyone as long as he gets away clean. This company is a joke and has absolutely no integrity. I never would recommend to work for these people.

In my experience working with this company, it has only been positive. They are down to earth people and will tell it you how it is. I can see how other people might take things the wrong way but I think that is because they weren't aware of the expectations. These people are easy to work with and very understanding. They have simple instructions that are easy to follow. If you are a decent human being, you really shouldn't have any problems.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is a very toxic company to work for. They do not police their management and the district manager and the site manager at USCA do not care about their staff. Management is husband and wife. They steal company time and clock each other in and out. They leave the staff to do the work and to take the fall for everything when the staff is over worked and understaffed. HR is fantastic but they can only do so much when the district manager keeps things from them and lies constantly. Very high employee turn over due to toxic management. Under staffed for the same reason. Bad management all around.

I would give no stars if that was an option. I started working under this company at a place called Good Year in Statesville, NC in June. Everything seemed great at first until I started working there longer. The first 2 weeks I was working there my manager said I was doing great, even offered me a raise! Then the last 2 weeks I was there my manager always complained about something, never appreciated anything i done and lied to make himself look better.

Then in July (only a month of working) my manager texted me (very unprofessional) and fired me for NO REASON. This is NOT a good company to work for and I don't advise anyone to work here.

The 2.6 Google rating is truly well-deserved. Applying for the role of Regional Manager, I was contacted by a recruiter from the HR department. A very pleasant lady, we have a great 30-minute chat and she informed me that she wanted the COO to speak with me ASAP. This call was on a Thursday and she asked me if it was OK for her to contact me back the following Monday or Tuesday.

I agreed with eager anticipation. FOUR weeks later, I receive a call from the COO on a Monday. We talked for over an hour and he asked if he could meet me face to face pretty immediately. I agreed and made the 6.5 hour round trip drive to Columbia, (the very next day), where we met for an hour and a half. During this meeting, I told him straight up that I had accepted another position and that I had to have an offer by that Friday if they wanted to bring me on board.

He agreed, we discussed salary and benefits, the size of the territory, the person I would be replacing, who is retiring, etc. He assured me he would have HR email me benefit and bonus/commission information as well. NOTHING. I finally learned through him at 4:40 pm that Friday that they had not made a firm decision, he was on California on vacation and that he would be in touch with me at some point upon his return.

This is not the way a company should treat anyone, be it the janitor or a senior-level, salaried manager. Do not waste your time, especially if you are seeking a senior-level position with a company built on integrity. I am thankful I did not make a mistake and turn down the other, higher paying position to be treated in such a manner.
