A few years ago, I bought a safe from Worldwide. Today, I contacted them in reference to a problem that was totally user error. Michael Vega walked me thru the process and I was able to remedy my situation. He was very professional, courteous, patient, and extremely helpful. I don't need safe very often but when I, or someone I know does, I will visit Worldwide. Thank you so much Michael for the way you go about your business.

When we first contacted Worldwide Safe we were unsure of what we were looking for and when we might need it. We spoke to Tyler and he was extremely helpful and sent over all the information we needed. We did not purchase one right away but Tyler was great about checking in from time to time. When we finally pulled the trigger and called Tyler to purchase the safe he was great and worked really fast to get it all taken care of. The safe was delivered within two weeks of ordering and we are so happy with it. It has exceeded our expectations. We look forward to doing business with them again.

My experience has been terrible the second time around. I used WSV many years ago and the experience was excellent with the purchase and installation. Now I'm ready to move and need WSV to remove and drop at another location (no anchoring). My first conversation requesting a quote was never returned. Two weeks later I called back, spoke to a different representative who had a difficult time understanding that no steps were involved during pick up and delivery.

I made it very clear to please let me know if WSV did not want to do the job, after all it's just pick up and delivery. I asked if the safe could be removed by someone other than an expert, I was told special tools are needed. The representative called me back within minutes with a quote that was 3/4 the cost I paid my movers to move me! They said the quote reflects 2 men because the safe weighs 225lbs. Recalling that ONE man delivered my safe, he badgered me asking "are you saying that one man should be able to move 225lbs"?

He chose to have his manager call me back and further explain. The manager explained the quote reflected the cost of their insurance that any safe over 100lbs requires 2 men. Thankfully I had my receipt, the safe only weighs 185lbs and measures 22 x 17 x 16 and one man delivered it with a hand truck when I purchased it. Truth is years ago the delivery was much less, like everything else. I'm not sure if this business is still owned by the same people I dealt with years ago, but as a person who deals with the consumer, followup is essential for good business results. This company needs to realize that customer service is the most important step in any business.

They charged $4,000 to $6,000 for their safes. We offered to sell them to them. The safes are still like brand new. They offered us under $600 each. I'm just stating the facts. You decide if this is fare.

This company is the best in the business. I have used other safe companies over the years and Worldwide has no peer. The entire staff is professional and courteous. Most importantly- I felt that the installers were"safe" to invite into my home. I purchased sizable gun safe and had it delivered and installed within 2 days! Their selection and references are incredible and so were their prices. I had an extremely pleasurable experience dealing with Worldwide safe and highly recommend them to anyone not only looking to purchase a safe but also for service.
