Inter Con Security Systems

Yr's ago I tried to return to the company. They said no because I cost them to much $ of being 3-5 min late to work due to public transportation. But they never mentioned it while I was for them @ the time. Then I left the company because my supervisor was bullying me @ the site. I explained the situation but mid mgnt didn't care even though the situation predates there employment @ the I.C.H.Q. in Pasadena.

They urgently reached out to me for me to come in same day and follow through with drug test and picking up my uniform. Fast forward it's been 3 weeks and I have not heard back from no one as far as when I'm going to start which is very misleading, they seemed like they were urgently hiring but soon as you follow through with the whole process they don't contact you back.

And since I'm supposed to work for them they should be good with communication and reaching back to their future employees so I won't waste my time getting back in touch with them especially for the pay rate.

Today makes my 1 month working for this job and the first week I got offered the supervisor position! I love the employees and the people i work with like family! Positive attitudes, friendly work place, and overall a great place to work! So inter-con security thanks for welcoming me with open arms and thanks for giving me a chance as supervisor

Former Law Enforcement officer and Military Veteran. I was ready to pick up my uniforms in Pasadena to start my new post the next day. Unfortunately, the person I met was paranoid I was not wearing a mask. Therefore, he asked me to go back outside. However, I did notice the lobby security officer was not wearing a mask. It's crazy how extreme people have gotten in our ultra liberal state of California. Listening to hypocrites like our numb skull Governor, who basically mandates, do as I say, not as I do. Yet, some Red State Governors allow people the choice to wear or not wear the mask. Well, I committed the ultimate sin for refusing to wear a mask during my time to pick up my uniforms, nor was I willing to wear a mask for 8 to 10 hours a day! Therefore, I was told by Eric Richey that I could not work for them regardless of my reasons.

My freedom of choice is worth more than a paycheck! Therefore, I will always follow my heart and do what is best for me. There was no way, I would wear a mask all day long, 5 days a week. Inter-Con. You can keep your job. I will never follow mandates that have not proven to be effective, while studies show wearing a mask that long everyday does more harm than good by respective doctors in their field.

So Inter-Con no amount of money will ever make me go against my convictions to relinquish my rights from freedom of choice what is best for my body! Eric Nelson A Proud non employee of Inter-Con

Hired to work as a recruiter everyone is super friendly and hardworking as well. They support me every day and if they can't solve it they will find a way. Great experience for my first month being here.
