Our keypads have been on the fritz for weeks and I have called dozens of times but I have only actually talked to any one once. I do not feel supported by their staff, and I wish I had someone specific I could talk to when our facility had issues instead of leaving a voice mail and hoping someone got it. 3/9 - Since posting this review, I was contacted and now have a rep to talk to about any of my issues and I feel more supported.

We are a new self storage in Lakeland, FL AAA Storage and being new managers we were over whelmed with the gate programming until we got a phone call from Baker! Not only did he accommodate and facilitate every aspect of our lack of programming and complete lack of knowledge he went out of his way to insure we had everything we needed! This is a review of Sentinel Systems and their incredible employee Baker.his is amazing and my official go to gate person! Thank you Sentinel for hiring such an impressive and gets it done employee!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET! Seriously run the other way! The fastest ANYONE has ever gotten back to me is ATLEAST 2 WEEKS LATER! Everything is an automated message, you never talk to a real person. When you do they are RUDE and not helpful. If your gate shuts down and is inoperable on their system, it sucks for you because they will not help! They won't answer any phone calls or emails EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Sentinel/WinSen is a freaking joke!

Our company switched to a new computer and had to move everything over. Called Sentinel for help and Baker was awesome! He got me set up in no time at all. However, due to my own fault, my letters didn't transfer and I didn't notice it until later. Had to call back. They are very patient and once again, with Baker's help, I am now going with no more problems. They really care about their clients. Just know that they are very busy and it may take a while to get to you. Thanks Sentinel for great service!

The software itself is unreliable at best. It crashes regularly, loses its ability to process credit cards. The windows update makes the gate software nonfunctional. There are features of my program that I paid for, that they could not ever get to work at all. The tech support is pretty good about fixing problems most of the time. The problem with tech support is that you CANNOT call them and speak to anyone.

You must leave a message, and they will call you back. The callback back times range from a couple of hours to perhaps a couple of days. There are several other storage software products available that are not only cheaper, but are heads and shoulders above the Sentinel products.

Baker was AMAZING! I have put in 3 calls since working for my employer and Baker was by far the best! I wish I could request Baker every time! With all the headache going on he explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions.

Baker provided outstanding customer service and technical support! My keypads were unable to communicate with my computer/storage facility software after a power outage. Baker went above and beyond answering endless calls in a timely manner to help restore my database. He definitely saved the day!

Let me start by saying. USE MY REVIEW TO DODGE A BULLET! We purchased software over a month ago and it STILL is not working. Josh in customer service actually said to me today "you aren't my only client and I'm not going to hold your hand!" Seriously? Well Josh until my system is working properly that's EXACTLY what I expect you to do! He then proceeds to hang up on me.

If you need help ASAP.FORGET IT! IF you're lucky you will get a call back in roughly 24-48 hours. I have left numerous voicemails for the owner Joelle to discuss these issues and have yet to receive a return call. After thousands of dollars and COUNTLESS hours to purchase and install. I still don't have a working keypad for my storage facility. I have owned and run 3 companies for 25+ years and have NEVER been spoken to or treated so disrespectfully.

They tried to make me feel as though THEY were doing ME a favor by doing THEIR job! I have NEVER given a poor review on any company in all my years of business.please take my advice (I wish I had taken the time to peruse their reviews) and steer clear of this one! Once you purchase they couldn't care less about you or your business.

We had a problem caused by Windows 10 update, after I left 3 messages Baker called me back with an excellent performance and great customer service. WinSen was fixed in few minutes. Thank you very much Baker!
