Brilliant service! Called Dennis as I accidentally put the key through the letter box that I wasn't meant to and had locked myself out! Even on a Saturday night at dinner time he took the time out his night to pop over and help me! Was with me about 30 minutes after I called and sorted my problem in no time! Very good rates and a fast worker! Thanks again for helping me out! Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again the next time i mess up excellent work mate!

Had an emergency situation, lock was broken and couldn't get into the flat. Denis was there in an hour, and managed to get the door open and change the lock within 40 minutes. Denis was very quick to respond to our call. He knew exactly what was wrong with our lock before he arrived. He arrived within 30 minutes of our call and fixed it very quickly. After he fixed the lock he did thorough checks to ensure the new part was working as intended and the existing parts were also secure. Would highly recommend.
