Horrible. Was sent here to buy a printer by Evolis, and Idesco was nothing short of the worst company I've done business with. They are unresponsive and don't really seem to care about their customers needs or issues. After buying the printer (which we are pretty sure was used which they didn't tell us and after weeks of trying to find a solution, still is not working) we were referred to a different company who is almost just as bad. Embarrassing company, avoid at all costs.

Extremely unprofessional company. One of the worst business transactions I have ever encountered. The sales rep we dealt with was unresponsive and a terrible communicator. We have had no less than 4 issues during the purchasing process from terrible quality samples, blown deadlines, flat out lying about shipment dates, and a lack of resolution on a broken printer they sent to us (It was used and 3+ years old).
We were promised overnight shipment of a replacement printer-- and 15 days later after our company called Fedex a number of times to figure out the delays, we FINALLY have the new printer in hands. 43 days after payment, we FINALLY have a working printer in our possession. AVOID THIS COMPANY! On top of sending us a broken printer (after telling us IN WRITING THEY DON'T SELL USED PRINTERS) when we asked if they can replenish the inks we wasted while trying to get the broken printer to work, the best they could do was discounted cost of replacement inks.as if to say using the inks in a broken machine was our fault/problem.
