SeattleDVR responded to our inquiry same day I called. Peter virtually walked around our property to see best camera placements to get all the angle we are having problem with. He emailed us a top and elevation view to where the cameras will be located for us to visualize before committing for purchase. One thing that impressed us is when he said, "if you ever decided to buy an off the shelf online camera system, make sure to use a commecial grade wires because the wires that came with online systems are usually meant for residential use".

I wish all service industries has the same professionalism as Peter. In the end, we decided to have SeattleDVR do our security cameras and behold the equipment and materials they use are indeed commercial grade, cameras are twice bigger, vandal dome (not those half faced eyeball looking) and our driveway cameras really reads license plate in and out of the property.

And here is the icing, these guys traveled all the way from Seattle to where Moses walks on the lake to program our smart devices so we can monitor our property any where. They came by that morning installed 16 cameras to cover all of our entrances, exits, parking, two seperated building hallways, garbage bins, mailbox, pool and finish the job in 2 days. The equipment is top shelf and they do really neat calculated work. They were also competitive in price. The epitome of excellent service. Thank you guys for doing it quick.

Peter provides excellent service and attention to detail most companies don't even notice. From design of surveillance placement to actual technical know-how, these guys are a one stop shop. Expect to book in advance as these guys stay busy with industrial installs. Highly recommended!

I've been in i502 going on 6 years now, and I originally had some pretty bad cameras. I got the system really cheap and some would lose power at night, the latency was terrible, the picture was distorted and the dvr graphical user interface was the worst. I had to upgrade and a quick google search came back with a few in the area. I needed the equipment ASAP and no one in the area could help me or were "booked for weeks".

I called Peter at Seattle DVR and he knew exactly what i was looking for! I called him on a Thursday afternoon and he met me the next morning an hour before their official opening time. The complete system was CHEAPER than my original cameras and set up took 2 days while the other system took 2 weeks. I had them up and online while Peter texted me the instructions on port forwarding for my specific router and passed inspection with flying colors! the system records crystal clear as far as you can see, and the image is outstanding. 10/10 customer service, price and hardware quality. I couldn't be happier and would recommend them to anyone I know in i502.

After getting tired of having many trials of wanna be "IT" technician for our high end cameras, I decided to give Seattle DVR a shot. The hype is all true, these guys know their stuff and now I have the best technical people for life. They deserve five-stars across the board. It took them less than an hour to create a bridge between the backup 4G and Primary cable internet.

While the cable company has been coming and going to try to make the Craddlepoint 4G backup internet to work for days, weeks, with different in-house technician and well know sub-contractor in the area. We got tired of all the BS of these technicians excuses why they can't make it work as advertised. So we decided to ask around and got a recommendation to call Seattle DVR. Seattle DVR tech came to check and re-program the whole system in less than an hour. Holy smoke! One hour! while other "high level tech" has been fighting for weeks. Now our high end security cameras, network, point of sale works flawlessly.

We've worked with Seattle DVR on several projects now. Peter takes the time to make sure the right equipment is recommended for each project. They've always had the materials we've needed in stock, have even hand delivered items on a moments notice, offer great communication, and are truly experts in this field. When you want to make sure your property is monitored properly, you can't take short cuts. A kit from Costco won't cut it. Ask Peter about 4K cameras, you'll never squint to identify a trespasser again.

Peter is awesome he can turn a milk carton into a 5meg HDsecurity cam. We had Peter install and maintain our 20 cam system spread out over 10 acres some 10 years ago and if we want something done if he can't find it for us he'll build it. 5 stars!

SeattleDVR's sub-contractor installer did a great installation on our hotel. 16 cameras, including a license plate reader that reads and stores the license plate of all vehicles going in and out of our hotel. They are fast, efficient, and done in same day. I can't believe how easy to use the new system they provided. What is impressive is the after-sales service. Peter until 8:30 pm to customize the system for us, set it up on our iphone's, and showed us how to use it.

A couple weeks thereafter I had a problem viewing it on my phone due to our IT guy re-configured our network and added multiple firewalls, the app stops working and remote issue, I texted Peter, and he replied promptly. After identifying the problems, he talked to our IT person and instructed him step by step how to fix it over the phone. Looking at our IT's face feeling embarrassed as he already spent almost whole day try to figure it out. Peter told our IT guy to program our redbox firewall this way, that way, open this, forward that, change the IP Man entry.

Not really understanding what they are doing while listening on speaker phone. After 10 minutes, Peter said ok your system is back live, try on your cell phone, and BAM! All our devices starts working again. I felt sorry for our IT personnel. Now how many service provider will return your text or answer your call and have in-depth knowledge of these stuff? It is here that I think SeattleDVR and Peter shine. Highly recommend.

We had our facility outfitted with an old madrigal security camera system with coax wires. After getting few estimates from installers, we could not believe how much savings SeattleDVR Inc. did to upgrade our system to 4K cameras. We chose to have 16 of 8 megapixel cameras. Peter was fantastic. He is trustworthy and responsive. He came out the same day and gave us 2 options, one that uses the coax wires as a network line that saved us tens of thousand dollars of cabling and wires, and another estimate from their installer that includes new Cat6e wires.

The estimates are both almost half price than the quotes we got from 3 other big companies. After asking from the neighboring facilities, we found out they've done a lot of this old warehouses and have the knowledge, expertise and highly recommended. They planned out the location of each camera and relocate some to have a face recognizable images even wearing hats, or hood and read license plates as they come and go to our driveway.

They took a lot of care to make sure the wire runs were perfectly, hidden and on conduit for outdoor cameras. There are zero wires visible. They far exceeded my expectations. The camera system is really nice, very crisp, clear video and the installation is perfect by the third party installer. The interface is so self-explanatory and easy to use.

Professional! Seriously I have dealt with many Resellers, contractors, IT's and so called expert and completely understand that since you are going job to job appt times must be flexible. The technician at SeattleDVR was not only on time but minutes early. He listens carefully and try to understand what needs to be done, and how to accomplish it without costing my arm, legs and what not.

I was offered with two solutions to work with. Surprisingly after considering the pros and cons between online systems or their in-house built, I choose Seattle DVR systems, they are more robust, full frame in motion, uses Sony IMX CCDs, the quality of the pictures are vivid. Even the installer that we used gives a "WOW" comment after they see the system.

Like what they say, you get what you paid for, so go a little more expensive and have it good. All the work was excellent quality. I didn't have to ask to have them trained us for the new system, and if we have a questions after the install, we email him or text him directly and get answers the same day. Now try that with online stuff!

I had a alarm installed last week and the tech that came out to do it was great his name was Peter, he was on time very nice young man and did a great job very professional did a great job explaining everything about my service he took his time and made show me and my wife understood everything he also called a few days later to check on everything and to follow up with me about my service bay alarm is great if your looking for a alarm please ask for John to come out to hook your service up.

Peter went out of his way to help with our security cameras. very knowledge with 502 rules and regulations. Already referred many friends his way. Price is very reasonable, best in town. Stands by his work and equipments.

Disclaimer: did not purchase any equipment as we only needed in-wall wiring/fishing done. We were referred to Peter who does the installation for them and he came out in a few days to scout the wire runs and to give us a quote which was a good surprise after a few bids we had already. Price was excellent and just a fraction of what other places quoted me.

He fished all the cables in external insulated walls for us very next week in just one day. We supplied the cable of our choice - shielded solid 23awg Cat6 cable that does not bend a lot. All wiring was done without any mess whatsoever and secured very neatly with plenty of slack on all ends so we can terminate and finish all up nicely. Thanks a lot!

I can totally recommend Peter of Seattle DVR as a smart, skilled tech for all your computer needs. He works on my business network system and also my home computors. We used to have constant problems with our network but Peter came in and worked his magic and we rarely have to call him as it runs smooth. He also set up our secruity cameras and software. It also runs well. His rates are very reasonable and he works efficiently because he knows his stuff!
