I've been working in the hospitality industry for the last exactly 20 years and that privilege gave me the opportunity to work with many Video Surveillance Companies and different systems. Back in 2006 at a property that used to work for, I had a chance to see for first time the product that AVS had in place and I was extremely impressed with the technology (at the time was the utmost product on video surveillance in downtown S.F.), quality and service.
Last year at the property now I represent, the Executive Committee began to search for a security video company for a major system upgrade and we interviewed several local companies and per my previous experience I recommended to interview AVS as well. Members of the Executive Committed were impressed with to begin, the presentation performed by AVS Team members and without thinking twice we hired AVS as our security video surveillance provider.
It's been a year since we became business partners and there are no enough words on how we can express our appreciation. Beware of hiring this company. I live in a building where AVS is "providing" security services. My car was vandalized by a random person during night time and I found out about this in the following morning. After daily communication with the representatives in the company that eventually escalated to the co-founder and manager of the company, it took the company 2 weeks to provide me with the footage.
Not only that, but also the manager of the company ignored my emails on a daily basis and eventually decided it's "time" so he sent someone to get me the video. I provided my hard disk drive to put the video on. Instead of giving me the video from the 3 cameras that were relevant to my case, I received 36 files of 1h each from 3 cameras. That did not cover the entire time I requested.
I also have over 40gb of files that were exe files and psi files. IRRELEVANT! This company is a bad joke. I say bad because when you hire security company you'd expect to be protected. But the complete opposite happened! They ignored me, took them 2 weeks to provide me with a mess of footage and not even everything I needed! So unprofessional I can't think of 1 good word to say about this company. I am beyond disappointed. I gave up already. I hope no other people will have to deal with what I dealt with.
