This place is so much fun! I didn't buy anything but wanted to buy half the store haha.they have airguns you can test shoot, side mirrored spy sunglasses that let you see someone sneaking up from behind or if you happen to need to be watching someone inconspicuously nearby. Haha. They have small safes for storage of valuables that LOOK like a can of beans and other common household items which a robber is less likely to discover much less be looking for. The list of fun items is enough to write pages and pages of reviews but I'll just let you discover those when you go to this gem of a spot for yourself!

We were rung up for three items at 10:35 am before we were to head out of the city, that cost $18.99 each. We were presented with a credit card slip to sign for $84.66. Without a calculator, it was easy to spot that we were about to be overcharged. The clerk showed us the computer screen that clearly listed the three items for $18.99 but then they explained that there was sales tax added.
We explained that the total was clearly wrong because sales tax on $57.97 could no way be over $25.00! So they called the owner. Then they told us the owner would be in later in the afternoon and to come back! We said we needed to get on the road. Then they did another transaction that reflected the correct price, but we said that first we wanted the original amount cancelled and be given the credit card receipt that reflected that credit.
The lady said "we are new hires and do not know how to do that." We told them which buttons to push on the credit card machine. They finally figured it out. Thankfully, we had never signed the first slip but did sign the refund slip. Then they asked if we still wanted the items! We would have bought them, but did not want to risk going through all of that again!
It seems very irresponsible for the store owner to have two "new hires" at his store by themselves, especially when they do not know how to fix mistakes, process refunds, etc. The lady did apologize and said that being overcharged was not intentional. I believe it was not intentional on her part, but I do have a feeling that the store owner has something fishy going on because he had his employees tell us he would be in LATER to help us.
Why not just walk them through what to do on the phone? I think he knew that we were probably visiting and would not be able to come back later. I will never trust this store again, and I shopped here ten years ago, the last time I was in Frisco.

Had same experience as previous poster - this is an awful and dishonest store that carries discontinued products at outrageous prices, and their products do not work. Within 1 day I of purchase I tried to return the overpriced camera that did not work and they just laughed at me. Total sham and disgraceful business. Have fun looking if you want but DO NOT BUY anything here unless you want to throw your money away.

One star for inaccurate information that I went inside that I thought it open because the open hours on Yelp and Google. Got told to get out of the store. Got here at 10:39 am which it listed open at 10 am. Just I felt so awkward that the staff said no and asked me "Does it look open." First of all, the door is unlocked. It's not my fault not knowing it.

This shop is super cool to look around. There's an infinite quantity of fun gadgets and gadgets to have fun with. What's more, the workers are super good about allowing individuals to demo things before purchasing and being very helpful and friendly describing how different things work in addition to recommending particular products. I'd definitely recommend stopping by in the event that you've got enough time!

Awesome laid back staff in the store. Let you ask a million questions and just fire back info, they knew their stuff. Lots of cool stuff but no pics allowed inside the store but trust me they got some gadgets. These aren't gimmicks either although they do carry some things geared towards kids. My only disappointment was that Sterling Archer wasn't there lmao. Great store thanks again
